So who's seen some of the Disney musicals? There's The Lion King, which is no longer on Broadway, Beauty and the Beast, which I believe is still there, and Tarzan which recently opened. Soon they're going to have a Little Mermaid musical! So have you seen any of them [On or off Broadway, doesn't matter] and which ones have been your favorite?

I wanted to see The Lion King SO badly! I was so mad when I found out it was no longer on broadway! I want to see all of 'em! But The Lion King was in Chicago last year, but my mom wouldn't take me. TT.TT Even though she wanted to see it too.

I haven't seen The Lion King yet, only Beauty and the Beast. But I heard that The Lion King is phenominal, and next chance I get I need to head on over to the nearest theater.
I loved Beauty and the Beast, though. I thought it was amazing.

I went to NYC last year for a show chior trip, and we got to see Beauty and the Beast on Broadway (because everyone knows show chior kids are also Broadway geeks. xd ).
During intermission I walked over to my friend, a fellow Disney fanatic, and said "If a bus hit me right now, I would die happy." That's how positively amazing it was.
It was better than words can ever ever ever describe. ever.

Awwwwe! The earliest date for Beauty and the Beast in Chicago, which is the ONLY date, is May 4th, 2007. But I don't even think it's the one like on broadway cuz the in the little thing under it, it says 'Family - Children's Music and Theater' and for the broaway one, it says 'Musical'. TT.TT darn it...

I saw Aladdin at Disney's California Adventure, and it was pretty kewl. XD; But I really wanna see Beauty & the Beast, now. D:

lol, I was really jealous of Nicole when she went to see it without me. TT.TT
I haven't seen Beauty and the Beast on Broadway, but I saw it up near Cleveland in an amazing play. It was great. The transformation was really really really amazing, and being on lighting and stage crew, I figured out how they did it. >.< we weren't allowed to take pictures, but I did anyway... o.O they didn't turn out too great at all though cus the lighting sucked and it was an SLR camera. gonk
I really really really REALLY want to see the Lion King!

WELL Caitlin. if you wouldn't have quit ETC you could have wiggled your way into going. blaugh
yeah the east coast is pretty nice for musicals.
sadly, Beauty and the Beast is the only one I've ever seen, unless you count the musical Little Mermaid thing that they have in Disney World which was wonderful. I'm such a fanatic, I almost cried. sweatdrop

I really wanted to see that one...
Anyways, I LOVED "Beauty and the Beast" because... heart (Wow, a rare emoicon from me...)
And I really liked the effects in "The Lion King".
