4. you will only fight when you are told to, no unautherized fights.

5. only use Jutsu's available to your rank (I dont want to see a genin using a skill that only a chuunin can use)

6. academy students will not join the tournament with out the sponcership of a judge

7. Terain will be chosen for you not by you using a random number generator.

8. There will be a 100g fee to be payed before any one can be added to the fights.

9. There will be no killing, if any one kills their opponent they will be banished or killed by a judge.

There will be 3 judge's to determine a winner, they will judge you on your use of jutsu's, your attack's and you general skill.
