It would be a good idea to actively promote the guild (though I myself may not be able to do so, I admit), which is obvious, but it should be somewhat mandatory if you ask me.

The TRAX is fairly unknown, but after being linked to the Almighty Yoshiki ( domokun ) they gained a good number of fans... who likely forgot about them again. Pity. Therefore, wouldn't it be a good idea to help spread awareness about the band itself as well?

As far as I know, sharing music on Gaia is not illegal. If it is only for sampling purposes, there should not be problems- please inform me if there are, I haven't read the new TOS. It's still new to me since it wasn't always there. xd If it is indeed allowed, perhaps in the recruitment thread we could offer MP3 downloads? I have some, along with a live performance of Scorpio and the Paradox PV and... other media. Yes. I have no program to clip the songs to make them REALLY JUST SAMPLES, but this may not be a problem.

So, what do you think? Also, would it even be allowed to use mp3s as forms of promotion? domokun

Alright, sorry for the delay- but here's the virdict.



So no posting of full MP3's for download. However, we can use them in the RadioBlog, which screamer will be making. As long as we don't post entire CDs. Prehaps we should make a sticky so we can decide which songs to have for sample?
Song clips for sampling around 30sec or whatever are allowed, but you'd have to either find some or figure out how to make them.

Music videos are allowed to be posted, as long as they haven't been released in the USA (and it's my understanding that none of their work has).

However, the moment I find anyone posting full songs or something they shouldn't, you'll get a warning and your post will be edited/deleted ^^;
