Welcome to my humble fan fan fiction, the plot is something I thought of after drinking year old milk, it was in a dream but let's say you have a pet, the best pet ever and you like digimon, you also have a complication where you need a special armband to live, and digimon is your only friend along with your pet, and because your armband is so expensive you must choose between acess to the media and your pet, but then the arm band changes, you no longer need it so you can keep both and the armband can make your pet into a digimon, thats what happens to a character like an alternate me in digimon digitization
