Zefta is a plant much like Earth. Though the temperatures are slightly colder. The government on Zefta is much like that on Earth. In this day and age, Earth is 'ruled' by only one country. That is the USA. All other country governments scince the 21st century have either crumbled and fallen away, or have bought their own inhabiatble planet. (though some small countries have bought and inhabited 'uninhabltable' planets) The cities on Zefta ar much larger and act as thier own 'states'. (For example, on our present-day Earth, California is a whole state whith many cities. On Zefta, all the land of CA would ba one BIG city with 'parts'.) Thier are many other planets, and humans origianaly occupied this planet, as was found for many other planets.

Orin Saxver was in Wepons Knowledge Division of the Zefta government. When he was kicked out for... undue torture... he found that all his time in what he called 'pugatory', made him crazy. One day bright day (unusual for Zefta) found him wanting with a passinet dissire to build a portal into the past of scattered planets. So he went to work finding, bribing, and stealing information from the Zeften government. When he finaly did find what he was looking for, he opened the portal imaturly, causing it to swing to many diferent planets and plucking unsuspecting inocents from whatever they were doing at that time. So far, he dosen't know where on Zefta these misplaced people are, so he set out to drag them ,if need be, back to there own times. But how long will his sanity hold out?
