Kadea'a horse reared as the Earth jolted and she was thrown violently to the ground. Without riseing she reached for her sword and scaned the woods surrounding. Nothing not even the wind so much as stirred. After a breathless molment she rose to her feet and dusting her jerkin off and muttering a string of curses in Japanese. She looked around a final time then reached for her horse only to find that he had run away. "Great" she muttered angrily and looking back down the rode. It was unuseually quite, nothing moved, not even a blade of grass, no summer birds sang in the trees it seemed as though all life had stopped. Her eyes turned towards the sky sacning for signes of a storm then towards the ground. Nothing not so much as a drop of rain. She reached for her water skin, unscrewing the cap and to take a swallow. As she swallowed her eyes opened and she chocked droping the water skin as the vortex opened above her and sucking it into it's inky black void before she could even so much as utter a sound. The cry that had been desprate to escape her found it's way out as she barlled down what seemed like and endless black tunnel which led her to some unknown fate. The cry died as thoughts of all she had left behind crossed her mind. Images of her villlage and it's people, of her home and her mom har little sister playing out in the yard of the man she had been promised to before her birth ran rampit in her mind and as she continued to fall she did not notice the tears that fell. Around her the walls of the tunnel flashed dreamlike pictures of people she had never seen or never met. one of an dark colored man standing behind a podium spun by and she watched as her fell blood spilling over his strange clothes for seemingly no reason. What is happening to me she wondered as the image sped away to be replace by a strange object with fire comeing from it's back shot into the air. A dragon? She wondered. Time was lost to her and for how long she fell she had no idea but she knew that when she sawthe earth closeing in and the young person crossing below her she tried to yell to warn her but her screams fell on deaf ears. She crashed to the ground barely missing the young girl and hit her head on a rock. Sweet darkness came but before it took her alls her eye saw a building in the distnce with strange divices taht seemed to float and zoomed through the air in front of it the oddest thought entered her mind : a dream it must be a dream. A voice the words barely understandable "hey lady you all right? Hey lady!" It must be a dream she thought and fell again but this time into the sweet arms of darkness.

Lilith was flying around in the city waveing at all her friends. She loved this place but there was a ...feeling was what the elders of the land had told her when she came to ask thier advice, she had this feeling like she wanted ....somthing.. She didn't know what she wanted though. She glided to the ground and walked down the seemingly empty streets. She felt many others glideing past her. The Others allways went about thier way, never acknowledgeing those of the lower class these were the rules. She wasn't in the lowest class, just in the midde. She frowned and walked on, slowly.

She felt a tug at her back and turned in time to see a black swirling thing comming at her. She screamed as this thing swollowed her.

She instantly stoped in midair in pain. Somthing had caught her wing. She tried to get away flailing in the air from a tall metal post.

"Help me!!!!!! Please!!!" She cried in agony, her wing begining to tear.

Dalin wandered the streets of Zefta once again. He had come here two years ago and so far hadn't been told to leave. he thought at time he could live here but there was somthing slightly amiss with the planet.

He shook his head and kept walking. He heard a cry and a female's voice calling with a strange accent. "Help me !! Please!!" he ran toward the voice calling.

"Hold on!! I'm comming!!! Just hang on!"

" Hang on?!! What do you think Im doing?!! You think I want to be like this??!!" Dalin heard from the girls voice and the cry after, that she was in pain and serious trouble. He rounded a croner and saw to his amazement a girl hanging from a lightpost by........was that a wing?!

"Wha...what are you??" He asked as he put his shoulders under her feet and levitated himself so she could free her wing from the bar.

Morrghan slowly wiped down the counter in front of her, she hated this kind of work, but it was all she could find to earn money to repair her ship. and it was better than working the streets, she had done that before and would rather die than do that again. Morrghan felt a sharp pain on the back of her head, "hey you stupid girl, work faster. what am i paying you to do, stand around a gawk at the customers?" Morrghan glared at the man who had hit her. Her tail curled around her left leg, she didn't say anything but she picked up the pace. She wished she was back on the Darkshadow Wolf with her crew.

The woman had tried to say something... what was it? "Hey Cat you have any idea what she just said?" The only hint she gave that she has been scared half to death, was the slight twitch of her eye and left hand. She looked at the wall across from her, trying to muffle her anger. She failed, but she knew she was under control enough not to do sirious damage.

She spun and swung her fist faster than the cat she was named for at the guy who had spoken. She recoiled and wated him fall to the ground. She masaged her fist as she spoke. "Crow, why are you here?" She said it so impasivly after that blow, that everybody inched away from her, wondering why she was so livid. "You know damn well that you scared me half out o' my skin you dolt!" She hised out her words, making them all out right run, exept for her victim who was so scared he was frozen in place. "You know that this is a healing place, and no dopes here. Go get clean befoe I catch you or hear you were in here again." His trance broken, he scrambled to his feet, or almost, and ran.

She turned back to her patient, rubbing her fist. She muttered, "Damn, he has a hard head!" She looked into the eyes of the woman and was surprised to see... fear? Was she imagining it? No. It was there. Then she remembered that she was a theif and a murderer, and mentaly shruged. "Give me one reason I shouldn't throw you out and let the rea dogs eat you?"

"I am fine... and my name is Lilith......if you please......" She, Lilith, Dalin reminded himself looked at him with distaste, then suddenly her face changed and her eyes grew large.

"Where ....am ......I?" Lilith whispered so lightly that he had to strain to hear her.

"Oh This is the planet Zefta. are you sure you are allright?"
