Chimaki: Little Lost Alien.
- Like the striped egg indicates (or not but it sounds good) Chimaki is a little alien stray (completely by accident) who ends up on the planet he and his brethern as wanting to conquer. He winds up in the care of a human (though not really) and is cared for while in his vunerable orb stage.
- More info as it is made avalible. (aka I write stuffs out LOL)

Awareness
His eyes fluttered open for the first time in a long time and he looked around expecting to be inside of one of the pods that would bring him back from his orb self to being his true self again. Then he blinked a couple of times as he reached a hand out to touch the inside of the orb, it was bigger now stretched out to accomidate his form and he was rather confused to say the least. He was still in the orb? He look down at himself, he felt whole. How was this possible? He wasn't supposed to wake up inside of the orb, it wasn't something that was supposed to be able to happen from what he had heard when the ones that designed the process went over it with those that it was to be used on.
He gave a bit of a murmuring sound stretching out within the orb as if to try to escape it then gave up, he was weak yet, tired and groggy. He didn't think he had the energy to try to escape, even now he was becoming so sleepy. His eyes fluttered a couple of times and then sank closed once more.
'Egg-Chan?'
He felt a hand touching the outside of the orb and felt a warming, comforting presence, one that he was quite familar with though he had no idea who it was.
'I came back from school just like I said I would.'
The presence was a comforting one, made him feel safe and he was soon starting ot sink back into sleep all questions he had about where he was and what was going on no longer seemed to matter. He was happy.
Happy?
Odd... he never felt happy before...

It was like his memories were coming back to him as if to try to wake him, to bring him back to where they thought that he belonged and he felt nothing but the desire to stay right where he was. He was warm, content, safe, and happy. He could almost hear Masaya's voice telling him that he was going to be ok, that he would be able to stay here with him. No fighting at all, just him and Masaya. It wasn't as if he had a thing for the boy, he was after all both human and male but that didn't keep him from admiring him. He had a strong spirit that had the alien boy feeling such overwhelming feelings of loyalty towards him.
He figured that was the reason for what he was dreaming. He was standing there with a few others, listening to the speech given to them that was to bolster their spirits for the coming events. Them going into their orb form, the trip to Earth, being retreived, waking, then the battle. The words were inspiring, telling them that they were going out to fight for a bright new world for their people and even though it was told to them straight out that some of them might not be coming back it almost didn't seem to matter. To be able to fight for their kind, for their loved ones, for their families, to be able to bring to the next generations a new hope and a new world. To die like their Messiah did, for this goal, it was worth it so much so that even the threat of death stopped nobody from what they were doing.
But now... it was as if he were questioning those words, words it seemed then were so inspiring and now it seemed as if they were meant to drive everyone forward blindly like lemmings over the cliff of the unknown. He didn't want to fight and die, he wanted to bring his people a new world yes, he wanted for his kind to be happy to be able to live and have the same smile that Masaya did but he didn't want to kill the humans for that. Wouldn't that just end up witht he humans in the position that his people were in now? Not all of the people in this world were bad, some of them were like Masaya, some of them were kind right?
Then his thought moved on, hearing the voice that spoke of the traitor Kish, told them that they were not to become like he was, that they were to stay true to their people and he felt a small shiver of fear. The thoughts of wanting to stay here, wanting not to go back to his people when he escaped from the orb, not wanting to fight and kill humans... it scared him. He didn't want his people branding him a traitor, didn't want to end up having one of his friends appear to kill him. He knew that if that happened he couldn't fight back. He couldn't raise his hand against one of his own.
Chimaki was torn between the orders he was given, the feelings he was feeling then, and the feelings that he was feeling now.
But deep inside of him he could almost hear a voice telling him that there would never be peace without war, that hoping for good things to happen wouldn't make them so that it was just foolish, childish dreams. He shifted inside of his orb trying to get comfortable but it seemed as if the thing were getting smaller and smaller everyday, the walls thinner as if he were getting closer and closer to the day of his freedom. The day that would mark when he would finally have to make his choice, would he stay here with Masaya? With the one that had, with the help of the traitor Kish, saved his life? The one that had taken him in, cared for him, kept him safe from those that might try to hurt him?
Every moment with Masaya that he had he felt himself growing stronger, it was as if the boy's very spirit was feeding him, strengthening him, he would gain the courage to make his decision, and gain the power to stand by it. Stand by those that he decided to side with. A war was brewing, he knew that it was so and he knew that Masaya knew. The two of them were going to have to fight no matter how much they didn't want too. No matter how much they just wanted to hide under a rock and pretend that there was nothing but peace around them.
Chimaki's eyes came open and he looked around the room. He could see Masaya laying on the bed, he had all but crawled into the room not to long ago, murmuring about a migraine and the sensation that his head was going to split open. Not something that the alien wanted to happen but now that he was resting his face was relaxed into a painless expression. Masaya was ok now and Chimaki was glad for this. It was sad, lately it seemed that while he was growing stronger Masaya was growing weaker. He was sick a lot, stricken with headaches that left him so weak he couldn't leave the house. On top of that only someone that spent as much time watching Masaya as much as he did could tell that the boy was heart sick. It was as if there was something that he wanted to do, someone that he wanted to go to and he couldn't.
Poor Masaya, he so wanted to get strong so that he could protect him... Chimaki's eyes widened a little bit at the thought. It was one thing to like Masaya and another thing to pity him and want to protect him. It was as if in that moment though he suddenly knew... He wasn't going back to his people... he was staying here.

An Adventure in Cleaning
It had been one thing when Masaya had left him alone to go to school while he was still trapped in that orb and a whole other del entirely to do it now. Chimaki was sitting on the counter in the kitchen watching the second hand going around on the clock. Masaya had showed him on the clock which hands had to be where before he would be back from his school. They weren't anywhere close he was already so very bored. There was absolutely nothing to do here for him. He gave a pathetic sound, he supposed that he could do the same thing as Masaya's dog and go to stare out the front window. He looked over there as if considering that option then shook his head. No, no there had to be something that he could do, something that would help to make up to Masaya for all of the nice things that the boy had done for him, but what?
He hopped off of the counter to float across the kitchen a couple inches above the floor, he was scolded yesterday from the floating far above the ground thing. In the house, with the window's shades open people could happen to see in. The last thing that they would want to see was Chimaki floating there, it may have been a year but not everyone was so into the forgetting of what had happened with the last attack the aliens had made. Masaya was worried that they make take it out on Chi even if he were innocent of it. He moved over to the window looking out, watching a woman across the yard as she watered some flowers out in front of the house, next door to her was a man that was out washing his car and on the other side of her place was a older man mowing his lawn. Daily chores that had to be done... He blinked a couple of times, wait. Chores! He looked over his shoulder and around the house. Yes, yes that was a perfect idea. He could help Masaya out with his chores. He knew that when Masaya got home from school he would get in, do his chores, do his homework, cook dinner and then they would read or watch TV. So they would have more time to do fun stuff if the chores were out of the way right?
He gave an excited sound as he looked down at Rau, "I have a great idea of what we should do for Masaya!" He said excitedly. The dog looked up at Chimaki, gave him a bored look and Chimaki stuck his tongue out at the dog before going into the kitchen to fetch the mop, broom and some sponges. It would be a lot of work to get the house looking as nice as Masaya did but it was one of those challenges that he was up for. He wanted to do this so he would! He would make the house look wonderful! Spick and span, spotless, and Masaya would be so happy!
He held out his hands, "Come forth! Kimera Anima!" He said and several little critters that were slightly reminiscent of tiny squid popped into existence. He gave them a smile as they hovered in front of him, "We have lots to do." He told them then held a sponge out to one of them, "You get to be the Scrubbing Bubble like on the TV, your in charge of cleaning the sinks, tub, and tile ok?" The Kimera Anima gave a sort of squeak sound as if it were agreeing that it understood and took the sponge, "You two will be in charge of the broom." He said handing it of to two of the others who took it, "Your in charge of the floors and ceilings, making sure that there aren't any cobwebs as well. Don't want any creepy-crawlies in the house." Another two squeaks off affirmation, then he turned to the last one holding out a cloth, "You get to do the dusting of the high surfaces, I will be helping you out with that so it won't be as big of a job ok?" A final squeak, "Alright! Lets get to work shall we!"
It was a good plan, really it was. The Kimera Anima that was in charge of the sponge did a lot better then the others as his job was the simplest, the sweeping pair had the hardest time as seemed to continually need help as things needed moved so that they could sweep underneath of them so Chimaki kept having to wander off from his job to help them, that got all of the furniture out of place so that they could sweep under it. His leaving final Kimera Anima left it with the entire job of dusting the house to itself and it ended up trying to speed up so as it to get its job done but only ended up knocking over the little things that were placed hear and there, knick knacks and pictures and the like were toppled over as it dusted. Chimaki hurried after it, trying to right everything and the was force to run back over to the pair that were currently sweeping the table, "Ah! No! No need to sweep that. You don't sweep the table you dust it." He told them.
The dusting Anima abandon what he was currently cleaning to come over to work on the table knocking over the bowl that was sitting there. The upside was that it was a plastic bowl and it didn't break when it fell off the table, the bad part being that the fruit it held went rolling off in all directions, "Ack! Wait! Bad fruit come back here and get back in the bowl!" He cried as he dropped his dusting cloth and chased an apple down the hallway.
There was a sound, almost like laughter coming from where the dog, Rau was sitting still near to the window. It was as if watching Masaya newest pet screw up royal amused the dog, he was jealous of the attention that Masaya had been raining down upon the alien and before that the alien's egg. Maybe this would prompt Masaya to send him back to wherever he had come from? Then it would be just him and Masaya again? That would be nice.
"Wai! Where is all of it." He said, he would have sworn that there was more fruit then this, more of the oranges... and the grapes... they had seemed to go in all directions when the bunch had hit the floor. He whimpered, and the Kirema Anima came over to him, squeaking at him as if trying to assure him that it was going to be ok. Not that he believed it would be. There was a bigger mess then when he had started. He had tried so hard to and looked at what he had accomplished. He sniffled a few times...
Then to add insult to injury the front door opened, "Rau! Chimaki! I'm home!" Came Masaya's voice. And Chimaki burst into tears. Masaya was going to be so mad at him!
Masaya stood there in complete shock, the living room had been rearranged so that it was the opposite as it had been when he had left, the kitchen looked rather spotless aside from the fruit that was laying all over the place, and there were Kimera Anima in the kitchen holding different cleaning implements, floating around a very depressed looking alien. He walked over quickly to kneel down next to Chimaki, "Are you alright? Are you hurt?" He asked in concern, worried that maybe during his apparent cleaning/rearranging spree he had somehow injured himself?
Chimaki shook his head, "M-Messed up!" He cried looking around.
"Messed up?" He asked then smiled, "Ahh. The fruit. Its ok, its not all that bad. I am sure that we can fetch all of the fruit easy enough." He said as he put the bowl up on the table and started to help pick it up.
"B-But the living room..." He said looking at it.
"You rearranged it, it was a shock to walk in on the room being different then when I had left but its not all that bad really. Different yes but not bad." He said then held a hand out to Chimaki who took it. Masaya gave him a smile, "This is nice, the chores are done so I can moved straight on to homework. I really don't have much of it either so we will be able to play soon ok?"
Chimaki nodded and put the fruit had been clutching to him in the bowl, "Honestly? Its not that bad?"
He shook his head, "Nope. Not to bad at all. Now. How about you head over and watch some TV while I work on homework?"
Chimaki nodded happily then went over to do so missing the dirty look he got from Rau as the dog headed over to get some loving from his master, damn. So the 'mess' he saw Masaya only saw as 'rearranging'. Oh well the alien was sure to screw up at some point then he would have his Masaya back. **
