My monocle can:
Give user INSANE amounts of eccentricity. INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!
See through (women's) clothes.
Make things look bigger.
Shoots laser beams.
Shoot laser beams that turn people into zombies.
Post it, and it will be added.
BTW: If you notice any combo effect between the 2nd and 3rd power... You have a corrupt mind. 3nodding Don't get mad at me, the "can make things bigger" was actually a suggestion from a previous non-ZEC thread. I just thought about and found it out today. Awesome, huh? whee

Can successfully pull quotes out and use them to get out of a situation.
Can predict winning lotto numbers.
Can call its minions over long distances, with great reception, and low prices.
Can get girls' real life phone numbers.
Can make the eye behind it invisible.
Can raise an army of toothed flying waffles.
Can unleash "T-Cooties."
Can fill bowls with Frosted Mini-Wheats.
Can go shadey and shade your eyes from harmful UV rays.
Please bear in mind, that, when talking OOC, I will be able to do all the above mentioned things. So, beware what you suggest. 3nodding xd whee
