Just list whatever team you'd most likely use on a six unit max mission, with the unit that you're most likely doomed without at the top and the unit that you can most likely do without at the bottom. ^^ Don't have to list Marche if you don't want to.

 MEEPSTARMy team is a bit weird as well... Since I just started the game again (Marche level 20) i'm always changing the amour and weapons around to teach the abilities.
But my favourite team is:
Splenger (weird name) human
1st: Ninja - double sword and some jutsu
2nd: Theif - steal amour, accesory, helm, jp, gil, exp.

1st: White mage - cure, curaga, life, shell, protect, esuna, turbo MP
2nd: fencer - swarmstrike
I'm reluctant to teach her cura as that means everytime i use swarmstrike ill heal an ememy...
Ridley Nu mou
1st: black mage - fire, fira, thunder, blizzard, return magic
2nd: white mage - cure, cura, curaga, protect, shell, life, esuna, turbo MP
black magic + turbo MP = kick a**
Evor Bangaa
1st: templar - rasp, haste, bonecrusher, silence, soul sphere
2nd: white monk - whirlwind, air render, earth render, chakra, revive, exorcise, holy sign
Tifone Veira
1st: sniper - doubleshot, beso toxico, death sickle, conceal
