What did happen to Traverse Town? Did everyone that lived in Traverse Town like Merlin and Leon(Squall) and the gang, just packed up and moved to Hollow Bastion(Radient Garden)?
Does anyone know the answer to this or will it just remain a mystry?

I'm assuming the world disappeared when all of the other worlds were brought back from the darkness in KH1. Wasn't it only used as a world for those that have already lost their own?

It was a world of darkness, in a sense, as Twilight Town is a world of, well, twilight. Sora ended up there through the corridors of darkness when the island was taken by the darkness. It has a Keyhole, so, it does remain. It's just not accessable in KHII just like Deep Jungle isn't around as well.

I don't know.... Maybe it dissapered, or it was just abandoned when the original worlds came back. xp

Traverse Town was a place where people would go if their home was destroyed by darkness. So, I'm assuming that after Sora locked the Door to Darkness, Traverse Town disappeared, and was replaced by Twilight Town, which must have literally been mingling in between light and dark.
