Has anyone read any of the darren shan books, if so this is the place to be or if you havn't this is the place where you can find out more about the books.

The Darren Shan books horror, the Vampire saga made up of 12 books is all about a boy and his journey through the life of a vampire. and the boy has to wear a pirate costume because thats all he has how cool is that pirate .

But the Demonata is alot better packed full of gore magic and most of all bloodthirsty demon, the books are still being published, soon the lastest book BEC (which has on the cover a demon hiding where the sun don't shine) will hit the shelves. These books are a amazing improvement so if you have to choose a saga I highly recomend the Demonata. burning_eyes

I like what ben did with the covers. Lol. They are well more gruesome normally though lol. Especially the Slatwer one. After seeing the cool looking site, and after what you have said I might try the Demonata series. I don't read that much but have waay to much free time at the moment so I don't see why I can't try one of these.

No, they look interesting though. I will have to invest in them eventually. I did pick up a Vampire/Pirate series comic book called Sea of Red. It seems pretty god. I haven't gotten the first volume yet, so I haven't read the others. I am trying to find it though.

Because Grubsy finished "slawter", i was going to borrow it and read it on the plane on the way to holidays. But books are now banned on planes for some reason gonk So bored... cant do anything at all (yes, i am serious. nothing) for at least 2 hours scream
