The South Forest near the Hamusuta shop is a place of beautiful sunlight, and bright green trees. A walk along the path can cheer up anyone, and if it can't, the patches of wildflowers can. So why not grab a few friends and go play in the forest today?

Monseurat walks out of the Hamusuta shop with her tiny egg wrapped in her arms.

"Little Goliath. That's what I'll call you!" She giggled, snuggling the warm, pink egg close to her body. Monseurat slowly moved down the forest path, admiring the way the sunlight streamed through the tall trees.

"Goliath is quite a funny name for a little ham," she mused, "but you needed a manly name, being so pink!"

Monseurat continued down the path lined with wildflowers, smiling and humming to herself.

Froggy was very excited to get her first Ham. She wanted to take the best care of Maddie, her new egg.

Though Maddie was still an egg, Froggy wanted to take her out a lot and talk to her egg, hoping this would help the two be great friends when Maddie hatched.

Noticing the South Forest, Froggy wandered down the path, looking at the beautiful scenery around her and her egg. She thought Maddie might like this place, when she hatched.

Froggy soon happened upon a patch of wildflowers, and she sat next to it. Gingerly, she placed Maddie's egg in a small opening in the patch, so as not to ruin any flowers. Smiling, Froggy could imagine little Maddie one day playing among the wildflowers. Smiling, she placed her hand on the egg...she couldn't wait to see what suprises her new friend would bring.

It was the next day and again, Froggy decided to bring Maddie to the forest. She was planning to bring Maddie other places as well, but she didn't have much time and wanted to take her out to a place she knew where she was going. She walked along the path, holding Maddie with both her hands.

Slwoly they passed patches upon patches of wild flowers. Froggy definitly knew Maddie would like it here, when she hatched. "I wish you could see this, too bad you'r in your egg still. But I will take you here when you hatch. In fact I'll take you a lot of places so you can meet others and play with them." she promised, holding her egg close as she said this.

This places made her smile SOO much. She knew if Maddie was every sad, she take her out and let her play here, and it would cheer her Ham up. She giggles imagining Maddie running around as happy as can be, and she herself chasing Maddie, like a game.

"I really hope we become good friends." she whispered close to the egg. Froggy would do anything to be friends with her little Ham. Looking at her watch, she realized how long they'd been out there. "Looks like we gotta go now. We'll be back though, promise. But now we must go or we could be late to dinner. Well I will be anyway!" And with that she hurried down the path back to the entrance.

Monseurat

Monseurat yawned as the afternoon turned to dusk in the forest. She thought she had seen a pretty girl in a red hat with an egg of her own, but she wasn't sure. Fireflies came out of their hiding places and began a sparkling light show in the night.

"Goliath, if only your little eyes could peek through and see this!" Monseurat giggled and chased the little bugs, carefully cradling Goliath in one arm. The bugs darted out of her reach and she watched them buzz around the tree tops. Her eyelids grew heavier every minute. She decided to spend the night in the beautiful forest.

Night quickly fell. Monseurat found a small pile of soft ferns and placed the egg in the indent. She pet Goliath's little pink egg and sang a soft lullaby. She eventually fell asleep to the chirping crickets, hugging the little egg to her cheek.

"Ah, what a beautiful day for a picnic in the forest!" Says Atomic Underpants. All work and no play makes Atomic a dull superhero. "do you wanna come Bobo?" Questions Atomic.

"What?!!?" Bobo had just gotten a new video game and was hooked to the T.V. trying to get to level 13 before the end of the day. "Uhhh...Do I have to?"

"Well, no but I would appriciate it if you did" Says Atomic from the other room. Bobo sighs and slumps into the kitchen to find Atomic making tuna sandwiches. Bobo lickes his lips.

"Are we bringing those on the picnic Atomic?" Bobo askes, staring at the sandwhiches.

"Sure are! So, you coming are not?" Atomic smirks. Bobo nods and runs to get his shoes on. Soon enough Atomic and Bobo were walking through the woods. Atomic happy as can be and Bobo just cant wait to eat the sandwhiches. Some yellow flowers attract Atomic's eye. "Oh Bobo! Come look at these flowers! Theyre soooooo purty!!!" Bobo sets down the picnic basket and goes to pick a few for himself. He turns back around and...The Picnic Basket is missing. Bobo is furious! He picks up the scent of tuna and follows the trail. After five minutes the trail leads him to a huge cave. Bobo gulps and enters.

"He..helloooo...is...any....anyone he..here?" Bobo mutters Growling comes from deeper in the cave, then a burp. "Oh no you didnt! If you ate my tuna sandwhich im gonna use you for a rug in my game room! scream " He marches in deeper into the cave. A Large bear lay on the floor, spread out like...like a rug.

"Ugh, my stomache is killing me! So many tuna sandwhiches!" The Bear belches again.

"Did you eat my sandwhiches?!?!?!?" Bobo climbs on top of the bears huge stomach and stares him down.

"Uh, yeah. Yes I did. Whatcha gonna do about it pipsqueak?!?" Says the Bear. Bobo screams and attacks the bear with a flying kick. Then a punch right in the jaw. One after another. Finnally the bear shouts "Stop! I give up! I'll make you some more dang sandwhiches!" Bobo nods but throws in a last punch just for the fun of it. Bobo returns to the forest, a basket full of tuna sanwhiches.

"Where have you been Bobo? You missed out on all the fun!" Says Atomic, sitting at the Picnic table. Bobo laughs and decides not to tell Atomic about the adventure. He smirks and digs into the Tuna sandwhiches.

CHOCOLATE~ANG3L

PostPosted: Thu Feb 01, 2007 12:46 pm

Cliff walked down the dirt path through the forest. The soil was cooling his feet as he walked. He looked to his surroundings and he saw that the forest was full of life, he was pleased. The tree leaves were dancing, the birds were singing, and the sun was shinning.

He closed his eyes as he walked, listening to mother nature at work. He smelt a beautiful aroma in the air.
"Hmm, what could that be?" He followed his nose to a field of wild flowers.
"Oh, my they are so beautiful." He took a pawful of them and sniffed. "Choco is going to love these."

He spent the rest of the afternoon picking the prettiest flowers of the patch for a bocet. He wanted them to be all-perfect to make Choco happy.

Soon he picked as many as he could hold but soon his paws were full. He tried to put more in his little paws but all the flowers fell out of his grasp.
"OPS!" he fell to his knees trying to pick up the ones what still looked okay, but all of the delicate flowers were destroyed by the fall. Tears fell down his eyes to see all his hard work, gone, in an instant.
"What am I going to give her now?"
He picked up the flower that had the only petal left on it.
"I guess this will have to do."

He waddled his way back the path to the hamusta shop, but this time he didn't stop to look at the trees. He was determined to get back to the shop and see Choco.

Once the shop was in sight he broke into a fast waddle, since he couldn't run because of his short and stubby legs. He pushed the back door with all his weight and waddled to Choco, holding the flower high so she could reach it.
"This is for you!" he said with a big grin from ear to ear.

"How lovely!" she accepted the one petaled flower with a smile.

"I had soo much more! I'm sorry it is all gone now." he sounded as if he was about to cry.

Choco gave him a big hug. "Hush now Cliff, it is the thought that counts." She smiled and offered him a peice of chocolate.

"Time to gather some ingredients." With that, Ruby headed out to the south forest, hoping to find plentiful winter berries for some pies.

Among the tall trees, there were still green brushes and some wild grass poking through the sparkling white snow. Few trees still had their leaves while others were completely bare. Nature was completely quiet that early morning. Perhaps...only a few birds could be heard chattering with each other. Ruby smiled at the thought. She adored other animals, especially if they were nice to her.

Ruby enjoyed her early mornings, much to Mina's shock. Ruby let out a small chuckle. Mom was never an early bird. Tehee Ruby walked aimlessly around the trees, bushes, and puddles. She felt the cool, moist air inside the forest where it was not found anywhere else.

Soon enough, she came across her favorite spot. With a trio of sturdy trees at one end and a grouping of silvery rocks, there was a fair-sized pond in between. Ruby headed over to the three trees. Near the trees were bushes full of rosy red wildberries and light pink fweeberries. Extremely pleased, Ruby plucked a red wildberry and nibbled. "Delicious!" Then, she tried a pink fweeberry. "Mmm...perfectly ripe."

After some heavy plucking, Ruby settled her woven straw basket, pregnant with berries, on the ground and sat as well. "Whew, I got more than I expected." Ruby lifted a paw to wipe her forehead, but paused midway, noticing something colorful beyond the pond. Curious, Ruby rose, cautiously skimming her small eyes around her surroundings. Something that colorful isn't going to be dangerous... Ruby told herself. I hope.

With a quick intake of breath and a surge of courage, Ruby walked over to the mysterious item. It had been partially hidden behind a fallen log and wasn't as big as she thought. It was definitely colorful. Its petals were a vibrant royal purple with hot pink strips down the middle. Its petals were long, slim and delicate. Ruby stared in awe at the exotic flower. One of a kind. Where did it come from? She thought and decided she wanted to bring it home. Since she didn't bring along her spade, Ruby just dug the flower out carefully with her paws. With roots and clumps of dirt intact, Ruby lifted the flower in the air for a better view. The flower was fine and even more startlingly beautiful. Ruby bundled the exotic find in the cloth covering from the basket. Ruby held it protectively in both paws with her berry basket hung on her forearm. "I can't wait to put this in a vase when I get home."

Pachhiri buzzed her wings and flew along above the wildflowers happily, without a care in the world as always. She sighed contently, having a good feeling today was going to be great as always. After a while eventually her small wings grew tired and she landed next to a tree, relaxing in the shade it provided. Closing her eyes she started to hum and gentle tune. Maybe it might lead a new friend to her like in stories Infi told her? Though, soon she grew bored and waddled away, deciding on finding another hamham by her own means, instead of them finding her.

"Helllloooooo...?" She called, looking around. Finding someone to talk to was harder than she thought. Sighing, this time in disappointment, she flopped onto her belly and threw a small silent tantrum. "Nyu, so bored..." She sighed and relaxed her body for a moment. "...HELLO!?" Too bad, though if Pachhiri had been paying attention she would have realized there's plenty of other hamhams around her. Fuuu, wish there was family around, there's no better friend than family, right?

User ImageMarch fluttered her dragonfly-like wings as she zoomed from tree to tree, carefully scaling her every move, keeping her eyes open as she looked around determining if each location was safe or not. One can never know if one was being watched. She zoomed behind another tree, her flame of red hair bouncing slightly as she came to a sudden stop at the sound of a voice other than her own. One of the antennaes twitched slightly at the sound, hellooooo. March blinked, who could it be? Perhaps it was a trick of the 'enemy'?

She twitched her nose and continued to zoom from tree to tree, though not as careful and slightly faster than before. Soon enough, a small yellow hamham with wings not unlike her own and a small grass skirt was on the grass. March was rather puzzled, but didn't really pause to investigate as she jumped out of the shadows of the trees as she did a fierce karate formation before the stranger shouting a war cry,"Heee-YAH!" though careful not to hit the stranger just in case if she wasn't the 'enemy'.

Pachhiri squeaked and back-rolled, eventually stumbling to her feet she put on a defensive pose. GRRRRRR!!! "Wait... eh?" This stranger did not seem like a threat... And she hadn't really hit her, just surprised her. In fact they even looked related. Straightening out her skirt and fixing her disoriented wings and antennas she took a better look at the other. "Hmmmm... hallo! I'm Pachhiri, nice to meet you!" She smiled and gave a friendly wave. Yay yay yay~! New friend, new friend! She internally clapped. Happy dance, Hamster dance~! Now she didn't have to be bored anymore, this other one seemed like fun, they had hair~!

User ImageMarch blinked, and straightened up grinning. The other hamham didn't seem to be much of a threat. Of course, this might be an opportunity make a friend. After all, the yellow hamham seemed rather like herself. Her eyes lingered on the grass skirt, wings, and antennaes. Were they related or somthing? She shrugged and said,"Hey Pachhiri! I'm March. Pleased ta meet you too."

Pachhiri grinned and thought for a moment. There was only one reason to why they look so mush a like, they must be... cousins!!! She knew each spring she was somehow helping some family out with their jobs of bringing joy and sunshine, but she never thought she'd actually become truly acquainted with one. "Hey hey hey~! You wanna play a game???" It was summer now though and they could truly enjoy the heat! They could play hide-and-go-seek, tug-o-war, hop scotch, oh, the possibilities!!! "Or maybe you could teach me some of your moves!?" She thought aloud, remembering when she totally went kung-fu in front of her.

User ImageMarch grinned, yup, apparently the hamham in front of her was one of her cousins. It was nice to actually meet one of her familiy aside from her sisters sometime. Spring was always fun, and summer wasn't that bad. "Okie-dokeys." She nodded fervently at the thought of a game, her red hair bouncing up and down a little. She blinked, moves? Oh, karate. "Hmm...I could...if ya want to?" March absolutely loved showing off her kong fu skills.

"So where do we start?" Pachhiri was sure excited, especially about pressure points and self defense. She's always wanted to be... uh, something, she couldn't remember, with mad martial arts skills! She seemed to not be able to hold still in all the anticipation. I'm gonna be a dangerous hamham~! I'm gonna be a dangerous hamham~! She sang in her head, doing a little mental tap dance. Though of course it was impossible for Pachhiri to be dangerous, she was just to... Pachhiri! Oh well, might as well let her stick to her fantasy's...
