I have a question for all of you,(that wanna listen) stare and, well, I have a boss I work with, and shes alot older than me obviously, but shes striaght, if I told her something, would it really be bad?? like would she fire me or treat me way different, or just tell me how to approach her..... neutral

Are you saying "what if I told her I'm not straight?" in which case I'd ask, why do you want to tell her? Or are you asking what she might do if you tell her that you like her? In which case, it's probably not appropriate since she's your boss and she's straight anyway. Depending on where you live, it may be legal or illegal to fire you over it. You should look up your state and local laws. If she doesn't fire you, she may still treat you differently; it really depends on her.

So it includes attraction to males, females, FTMs, MTFs, androgynes, genderqueers, genderbenders, intersexed people, bigenders, etc. Generally it also includes the notion of being attracted to someone regardless of their gender or sex.
