I want to make this dress : User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

But I'm not sure what to use. Its on a website and the thing for it is Material Cotton / Others
Color White / Black
Measurements in inch Bust: 33.9"(max) / Waist: 32.3"(max) / Dress Length: 35" / Full Shoulders: 13.8" / Sleeves: 23.6"
Measurements in cm Bust: 86cm(max) / Waist: 82cm(max) / Dress Length: 89cm / Full Shoulders: 35cm / Sleeves: 60cm

I'm not sure what it means by others and I'm wondering if I can hand so it.

id just buy it. its a cheap enough dress.
espically if you have never sewn before i would not jump in that quickly on such a dress.
start off slow with s**t projects like boxer shorts pillows and easy skirts.

Okie... You see I can't buy this dress because of how much it is. And, the only thing I have ever made is a felt plushie. I might go and get it coustom made but I don't know how much it is.

Cotton/others means it is a blend...most likely

But if you plan to make it out of something else, don't use silk.
It is the hardest.

yeah i would get alot more pratice before you try and sew an entire dress.
