personally, I've seen the majority of the Miyazaki films released in the US, with the exception of The Cat Returns, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, and Howl's Moving Castle, all of which I really, really want to see.
But here are my opinions on the others.

My Neighbor Totoro:
Possibly one of the most overrated movies ever? I hated it, mostly because it was talked up to me for so long by friends, and then when I saw I was just like why? possibly because I was thirteen and it's a movie mostly made for younger audiences, while most of my friends had seen it as children and loved it ever since. but there it is. I hate My Neighbor Totoro. -hides-

Kiki's Delivery Service:
This movie had beautiful animation, but it kind of bored me. only slightly. it was interesting, but it's like. Kiki needs to find something better to do. because she's obviously not very good at delivering things in a timely manner.

Castle in the Sky:
I loved this movie. the animation was stunning, the story was original and compeling, and I adore Sheeta and Pazu. they're the cutest Miyazaki couple, in my opinion, just because when it's all over they get to be together. something about his couples, he likes to tear them apart. but Sheeta and Pazu are just...so cute. that little scene where they roll around on Laputa, laughing in each other's arms? -dies-

Princess Mononoke:
Brilliant. I love this movie. it's so good. I like it because it has a wonderful message, and it isn't watered down either. it's gorey and out there. here it is, human nature and what they do to Mother Nature. isn't it great? no. it isn't. plus, I love Billy Bob. xd

Spirited Away:
This movie might, quite possibly be, my favorite movie of all time. I don't know what it is, but I love it too much for words. seriously. I watch it at least once a week, I have the soundtrack, I learned to play some of the piano pieces. I LOVE IT SO MUCH!

Howl's Moving Castle!
I just watched it with my friends the other night. Miyazaki make movies that make me cry... They're so beautiful!

I knew you would love Howl's. I think it might be the best anime movie ever. heart Doesn't it just pull on your heart?

I've seen both Spirited Away & Kiki's Delivery Service and adored both of them. They were so original, I thought they were very intelligent and moving.

I've seen about all of them. recenly i saw the movie "The Cat Returns." It sooo cute and funny! blaugh has anyone esle seen it? if not, you gotta trust me.

I LOVE Kikis Delivery Surive, it's so cute. Besides the one Princess Mononoke is the only one i've seen all of, and I didn't care to much for that one, I dunno why.
I've seen parts of Sprited Away and My Neighbor Totoro, they seemed good, I hope to see them all the way through some time...though i giggled during Sprited Away cuz the girl had the same voice as Lilo (YAY! ME).

I really, REALLY wanna see The Cat Returns, I've read the manga it's based on and it was a great story. (must put it on x-mas list along with The Little Mermaid dvd)
