This is the thread to post any requests, questions, etc, about or for the board.
You may bring up things here for council consideration and vote (Ie, having a revote etc), you may also report threads here as being grossly against gaia regulations, or what is generally acceptable for this guild (Ie posts about obscene or likewise things), this is your portal to express your desires, as publically as possible, to your Board.

I suggest that NCS should enact an act called the NCS Progress-in-Silence Act.
This act enforces that no more proposals are allowed to be posted in NCS until all of the following is completed: -The Website committee is established (but not necessarily starting the project for NCS website). -The Fishing Committe, the Financial Commune Committe, the Constitution Committe and Ambassadors Committee have all been completely voted upon.
After 3 weeks this act has been enforced and not all of the above conditions have been achieved, then this act expires and should not be enforced.

By the way Mr. Gallenger, why did you deleted the voting proposals and stuff?
You should have locked it, because now I can't remember what the proposals say. I can't remember what was the Government BOR or the Hero of the Month deal.
In the other topic, NCS Progress-in-Silence Act is just to ensure that NCS gets something done before proposals start to pile up. It is not that I want to just stop the proposals. Hope you guys understand my reason.
Also, I was not sure where to post the act so I posted here.

I deleted the posts, but copied and pasted them to put them in the announcement thread, when today, as I was posting the article of the consitution I realized I had lost the file with the government BOR in it, I deleted them to make space, and must have lost the BOR, the hero of the month was an award ment to be distributed by soviet, but for practicallity I think the council has such authority. I blundered, but will make up for that mistake sad
Well, this isn't exactly the right place for your post about progress in silence, the "new proposals thread" would likely be the best place for it, though we could with a council vote bring it to a vote sooner than the 1-8 of july.
Sorry for losing the proposal, I will be wiser next time and less wanton with my naming of files so I can actually find them. I am sorry for my faliure comrades.

I propose a Membership Commitee. It would be reasponsible for all membership activities and work to create more of an influence on Gaia. Also it would be required of course to elect members to the commitee.

Monsieur Rosebud I request that once a proposal be rejected 3 times, a given amount of time must pass before it is to be voted on again That is where my idea for "Progress-in-Silence" came from...except I went further to allow the voted proposals to be implemented before new proposals are made.

ComradeRedFerret I propose creating the NCS Entertainment Review Commitee, where members will review various films media, etc to encourage member participation and create a tighter community That reminds me... Isn''t Progress in Silence Act expired already? I know this isn''t the place for proposals such as what RedFerret made. As for progress: -I have seen 2 NCS sites. *The freewebs that Comrade Red made with the funny Furby thingie... lol . *And hammerandfire.com by the honorable one and by illamo (i think...well, whoever "Adam" was in that forum). -Troutsky Fishing is waiting for that financial bot. As for the bot, I don''t know....I have like 12 friking basic rods to be handed over to whoever the bot is. -Ambassadors Committee is being constructed... -Financial Commune Committee and Constitution Committee...ugh...I forgot what happened to those due to my haitus.
