The topic is pretty straight forward.
Just post what religion you are [your beliefs]

Itazu is an athiest, even though I go to a catholic school. >.>
Should we disscuss our reasons for our religion or avoid getting into a fight on whether God is real or not?

I think any discussion should be kept nice and light.
However, I myself am an atheist as well. I don't have a reason to believe. I think the only thing I need is myself and the will to improve.

I'm Catholic too. I'm not a very religious person.. it's not that I don't believe in God.. it's just that I'm a more spiritual person.
I wonder if that made sense.. sweatdrop

I'm agnostic-ish, but closer to Christian than anything else.
I share the Christian beleifs, but I don't like that 'dancin' fo da lorrd' dance that white people do in church.
...And I just don't love church much; you don't have to go anywhere to pray.
(Yes, I am white. I can still recognize that waving your arms in the air with a blissfully stupid expression on your face is weird.)

Okay, I'll just say why I don't believe in God or Jesus.
I don't wanna praise a stupid book some people put together after finding it in several seperate friggin' tombs.
I also don't feel comfortable saying that I praise God, it makes me feel weird.
Mum says it's good that I'm going to a catholic school to get my questions answered >> I don't really have questions anymore and won't change my mind.
I also don't think there is a heaven or hell.
There's just this world and when we die we're born again.

In response to Itazu...
I guess I just don't have a reason to believe.
When people say, 'Jesus did this for us' I'm like, 'Jesus was real? Okay.'
I've said it before. All I need is the will to improve.

Yellowy_Bellowy I'm Catholic. Sometimes it can be a pain in the a** though. =_= Same here. -___-; Erm, actually, more like born Catholic. xp
I've been confirmed already... but I do believe there is a God... just not in a tangible form. *pokes* I think Jesus could be real... I don't literally think he turned water into wine.
But I do believe in reincarnation... and that there is a Satan. *sheepish laugh*
I'm kinda weird when it comes to beliefs... and yes, I do think ghosts exist. lol.

Once my friends found out I wasn't catholic one of them was all, "But you were baptized."
And I was all, "Well it doesn't count because I don't believe in God."
And then she's all, "Well...you're still catholic."
Gawd...
Anyways, she's not my friend anymore >> Not because of that though.
She spread rumours about my other friend all over the school.

I'm Catholic, follow most of the Christian beliefs, but I believe in the free uniting of two people of the same sex. I'm beginning to become more materialistic, though. >.< Which is bad.
I believe there is a God, because I've had two holy encounters. One was when God actually "appeared" in my room, and the other was when I had God and Satan in my dreams.
So in that sense, God proved to me that he exists, and I believe in him. I may stray from being Catholic alot (we don't go to church anymore), but I still believe nontheless. >.>

I'm not quite sure.
Religion was created in ancient times to explain the unexplainible, though, in modern times, we are able to explain almost everything through science and documentation. So, personally, I don't believe in any religion, I don't believe a single force can creat a univers or world, it take more then a 'god' too. Elemental gods seem more probable, but yet, still not that believable.
