in a recent Naruto con.some of the naruto staff said something about Naruto side stories that took place 20 years before the Naruto timeline.One of this side stories took place 60 years before the Naruto time line this side story is about the Hiraiha clan(which is never mentioned in the Naruto anime nor manga)that its memebrs were all born blind by nature.

heres the story of this clan.

60 years before the naruto timeline there was a clan called the Hiraiha this clan was created by a child who's father was an Uchiha and his mothee a Hyuga.The child was born blind(no one knows why)but somehow inherited both of the Sharingan's and the Byakugan's abilities.The strangest thing was that this blind child through sound waves and or vibrations he could sense everything that surrounded him.Also he was able to learn any technique much faster than any other Shinobi.He bacame the forst bilnd shinobi in Konoha.30 years later the Hiraiha clan was completely formed and was one of the most respected clans in Konoha.they didnt live inside the village they lived 5 miles away from it.the only way that the konoha villaf=gers could identify an Hiraiha from a normal blind guy was that their eyes were a palelish red with a white ball in the center of the eye.10 years later a group of its members were killed by chunin ninja without any reason so the clan rebeled agains Konoha.The Hokage considered them as a threat to the village and sent out a group of elite ninja destroy the clan. after 3 days of battle the clan was finally destroyed....

the name Hiraiha comes from a combination of Hineha Hyuga's and Derain Uchiha's names.Hineha

They won't. It's nothing official, just because it was on naruto.com doesn't mean it'll happen. I haven't heard anything about it and I'm connected enough to have heard at least something about it by now.
