Strength Update:

Note: Go to DBZ Clip 8

http://s58.photobucket.com/albums/g249/HylianElite/Dragonball Z Clips/?action=view¤t=DBZClip8mov.flv&refPage=&imgAnch=imgAnch4

After some in-depth discussion with Pym, we concluded that Goku pushed a total of 443 tons in the video display. Note that this was done in SSJ form.

Son Goku a.k.a. Kakarot

Physical Strength:
There hasn't been too much evidence of Goku's true physical strength, considering that it has mainly been used while smashing an opponent. With that said, it's hard to tell what he is capable of, but we do know that it's excessively strong.
-During the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai, as a child, Goku made his opponent get a ring-out by simply tapping him with his finger. It's wasn't even an intentional attack.
-Goku's rate of physical attacks is extremely high, as he delivers multiple punches and kicks to his opponent per second.
-Goku has sent his opponents flying over huge land masses from hard hits many times.
-Goku has trained at gravity levels of 150x earth's normal gravity, which adds massive amounts of strength to his physical attacks in normal gravity, as well as adding extreme speed to the attacks.
-Goku easily stopped a full-strength sword swing from SSJ Trunks, with 1 finger. Even after the blade hit Goku's finger, Trunks was still struggling to make the sword budge.

And now, we have finally come made a decision about the "40 ton" issue. We have come to the conclusion that Goku indeed has the ability to bench press at least 40 tons while in base form. As a Super Saiyan, however, 40 tons seemed like nothing at all to Goku, as he carried on his training like normal while in that transformation state.

Lastly, in regards to strength, we have come to another decision that Goku's maximum bench pressing ability is about 2500 tons. Though it hasn't been proven, we find it to be a fair estimate.

Speed:
The final decision has been made that Goku has the ability to move at 99% Lightspeed, without the use of Instant Transmission. However, while using Instant Transmission, Goku exceeds Lightspeed, as the technique is instant.

Durability/Endurance:
Goku has been shown to be extremely durable in battle situations
-His Saiyan genes let him make quick recoveries with a bonus of added strength each time he recoveres from a battle.
-While battling Piccolo, Goku got a huge hole blasted through his right pectorial. The hole was so large that you could clearly see right through it. Though Goku took a hit like this and lost huge amounts of blood, he continued to fight, and won.
-Goku has repeatedly been hit into massive land formations by opponents, and each time he has come back for more.
-He also has taken excessive physical attacks all over the body and continued to fight afterwards.
-Goku has taken direct hits by massive Ki blasts with planet-busting power and still had the durability to continue.
-While training in the Capsule Corp. Gravity Training Ship, Goku purposely launched a full powered Kamehameha wave around the ship, and let it take a direct hit at him, without blocking. Goku was able to easily withstand the blast.
-Goku has been tossed into magma while battling on an erupting Planet Namek, and survived the intensity.
-He has been able to maintain holding a massive Spirit Bomb while directly taking multiple attacks from Kid Buu.

Intellect:
When it comes to Goku, he is not bright at all. Goku has recieved no form of education (other than his driving school tests) and tends to show limited amounts of intelligence in many scenarios.
Though, when it comes to battles, Goku tends to have his moments of battle intelligence. Goku shines when it comes to learing new techniqes (example: learing the Kamehameha wave after seeing it done only once)
-During the battle with Raditz, Goku came up with the plan of sacrificing himself so that Piccolo could blast through Raditz. Although this involved for Goku to volunterily accept death, it was quite smart and chances are that the battle would not have been won without that plan.
-Also during the battle with Raditz, Goku demonstrated a technique with the Kamehameha wave that nobody else had thought of. Goku developed how to re-direct the direction of the Kamehameha after being fired, which proved to be quite effective against Raditz.
-During the battle with Frieza, Goku out-smarted Frieza in his own technique by moving in a pattern that would cause Frieza's energy disks to come back and slice him in half.
-During the battle with Captain Ginyu, Goku quickly realized that Ginyu, with his body changing attack, would change into anything that came into contact with the beam. Seeing this, when Ginyu attempted to use it on Vegeta, Goku threw a frog in the way of the beam, causing Ginyu to turn into a frog. It's a little strange, but this counts for some serious quick-thinking.
-During the battle with Cell, when Cell activated his self-destruction technique, Goku realized that the only way to save earth was to teleport with Cell to another planet using Instant Transmission. Though Goku once again sacraficed himself, it was a brilliant move that saved earth.
-Goku single-handedly discovered the key to achieveing the level of SSJ3, a feat that nobody else but Gotenks could pull off, and yet Gotenks still had to get advice from Goku on how to do it.

Fighting Skill:
In regards to Goku's fighting skill, he is top of the class. He outmatches all of his fellow Z Fighters who have all mastered their skills along with Goku (example: Goku surpassed Vegeta, who was known as a Saiyan Elite, one of the strongest fighters). Not to mention that Goku has surpassed every villan in the history of Dragonball Z (these are villans who had the universe trembling at the sound of their name). Goku has also surpassed multiple masters of martial arts who have taught him (examples: Korin, Kami, Master Roshi, North Kai) and even stronger ones who haven't taught him, which would be the Supreme Kai. Goku has also trained with various people and learned techniques off them (Kami, Master Roshi, Yamcha, Tien, Chaoizu, Krillin, North Kai, Vegeta, Piccolo etc.)
There tends to be no real flaws in his techniques. Even though there aren't flaws, Goku tends to not use other fighting methods, such as grabs. Even though he sticks to using styles that he has learned off the multiple people he has trained with, it's extremely effective in battle.

Techniques/Powers:
Goku has quite a few techniques that are useful in battle:

-Ki Flight: With this, Goku can fly while the level of Ki consumption by this is almost nothing. While flying at high speeds, Goku can skim massive areas of land in a few seconds.
-Ki Blasts: Energy waves that Goku can create using limited amounts of Ki. Ki Blasts have been shown to be able to destroy huge areas of land. These are often powered up and used in one big blast, or used in multiple, weaker blasts. Using these in multiple blasts is quite effective if the opponent is caught off guard.
-Kamehameha Wave: An excessively powerful enegy wave that Goku has used multiple times. With this technique, Goku could easily destroy planets, and even the solar system if it was charged enough.
Now here's where I'll prove that it has the potential to destroy the solar system:
During the battle with Cell, Cell said that if Gohan didn't stop his blast, that it would destroy the solar system. All of the Z Fighters agreed with him. Goku even repeated it to Gohan after hearing it, as he agreed with Cell's statement also. All of the Z Fighters have seen many kinds of attacks and what they can do, not to mention that they have seen the Kamehameha wave the most out of them all, and most of them use the Kamehameha wave too. Therefore, their judgement on the power of that Kamehameha wave is most likely correct.
Now since Goku has surpassed Cell's power, it's safe to say that Goku could do the same thing with a Kamehameha wave.
-10x Kamehameha: An attack that Goku developed while SSJ4. It's power far exceeds that of a normal Kamehameha wave.
-Spirit Bomb: A massive ball of energy gathered from the energy of those on the given planet. This is by far Goku's most powerful attack.
-Spirit Bomb (Absorption): A skill that Goku developed as a variation to the Spirit Bomb. After collecting enough energy from the Spirit Bomb, Goku absorbs the entirety of the energy, therefore making his power, strength, speed, durability and endurance excessively greater than before while at full strength. Basically, his body is overflowing with power.
-Instant Transmission: A technique that allows Goku to instantly teleport himself to a desired location after once tracking an energy signature in the desired area. With this technique, he is able to exceed Lightspeed, as the technique is instant.
-Instant Transmission (Kamehameha): A combination attack of the Kamehameha wave and Instant Transmission. With this, Goku charges his Kamehameha wave while far from the opponent, and immediately before launching it, uses the Instant Transmission to appear behind the opponent for a direct hit.
-Solar Flare: A technique that creates a blinding flash of light that lasts for about 10 seconds. The user of the technique, which would be Goku in this case, is not affected by the flash of light. This technique is perfect for escaping (if necessary), as the opponent will have no choice but to close his eyes or be blinded.
-Super Dragon Fist: This is by far Goku's strongest physical attack. The power of the Eternal Dragon is summoned to deliver an outrageously strong punch. This attack had the potential to punch directly through Super Android #17, during the time when Goku was reverted back to a child and only in base form.
-Kaioken (all levels): A power-up technique that dramatically increases the power, speed, strength and durability of the user.
-Giji: This is basically a false version of a Super Saiyan. The user has almost achieved the power of a Super Saiyan, but is lacking 1 or 2 conditions.
-Super Saiyan (SSJ): A transformation technique that exponentially increases the power, strength, speed and durability of the user, many times more effective than Kaioken, and can be maintained for longer periods of time. After an extensive period of training and living only as a Super Saiyan, Goku's body became more used to staying in this form.
-Ultra Super Saiyan (USSJ): A higher version of Super Saiyan. When Goku achieved this, his power and strength were almost that of a Super Saiyan 2, but he had a major lack of speed due to bulging muscles. This was never used again.
-Ultra Super Saiyan 2 (USSJ2): The next level of USSJ, with more power, more strength, and a greater lack of speed due to more muscle mass. This was also never used again.
-Super Saiyan 2 (SSJ2): A level of Super Saiyan that has greater power than USSJ2, but muscle mass is not increased at all, and therefore the user achieves excessive power, strength, speed, and durability, greatly exceeding that of a Super Saiyan.
-Super Saiyan 3 (SSJ3): The next level of Super Saiyan with much more power, strength, speed and durability than Super Saiyan 2. When Goku first used this in battle, he could not maintain it for long, considering that he was only granted 1 day on earth, and transforming cost him energy. Still, he can use this form for longer periods of time just like the other SSJ transformations under normal conditions.
-Super Saiyan 4 (SSJ4): The ultimate level of SSJ. With this, Goku gains the pinacle of power that was only exceeded by SSJ4 Gogeta (reason: Gogeta was a fusion of 2 SSJ4 fighters). This gives Goku the ultimate level of power, strength, speed, durability and endurance.

Gear:
Goku doesn't have much gear that he uses. The only things that Goku has that could be claimed as gear are his weighted clothing and Nyoibo Staff. Even though Goku has the Nyoibo Staff, he only used it as a child.
I guess you could consider Goku's Nimbus Cloud to be part of his gear as well, though he stopped using it after the Vegeta Saga. It was used more for taking Gohan to high school afterwards in the future.

History:
As an infant, Goku was sent off from his home planet, Vegeta, in order to grow up on Earth, become a destructive warrior, and eliminate all on the planet. Grandpa Gohan then found Goku during his journey, and took the responsibility of raising him. While hiking on cliffs with Goku, Goku climbed out of Grandpa Gohan's hold and fell down a tall cliff. Thus, suffering a major head injury, Goku's memory was wiped clean. He then grew up as a gentle and peace-loving person with Grandpa Gohan. As he grew up, he developed a passion for fighting, and entered many martial arts tournaments as a child. After Grandpa Gohan's passing, Goku journied on his own and eventually trained with Master Roshi. Later as he grew up and made new friends, he married a woman named Chi Chi, daughter of the Ox King, and they had a son named Gohan, named after Grandpa Gohan. Now as an adult, Goku found that many enemies from all across the galaxy were out to destroy him. His first indication of this, was his battle with Raditz, in which Goku had to sacrifice himself to destroy Raditz. Because of this, Goku was sent to heaven, and trained with the infamous North Kai. After shapening his skills and learing new techniques, Goku headed back to earth after being wished back by Bulma with the Dragonballs. He now was prepared to face a new threat, Nappa and Vegeta. After quickly dealing with Nappa, Goku and Vegeta started a massive battle. They both battled very efficiently, but in the end, Goku claimed victorious, and Vegeta fled to be healed. Later on, Gohan, Krillin and Bulma ventured to Namek in search of the Namekian Dragonballs, where they soon learned of a new threat, Frieza. After a long period of intese training in the Capsule Corp. Gravity Training Ship, Goku landed on Namek and battled the Ginyu Force, a squad hired by Frieza to eliminate anyone of his choice. After dealing with the Ginyu Force, Goku dealt with the main threat, Frieza. During this battle, Goku achieved the level of Super Saiyan, which was his key to defeating Frieza after attempting a Spirit Bomb. After defeating Frieza, Goku decided to let Frieza go as long as he promised not to harm anyone else. Frieza backfired and launched a last ditch effort blast at Goku, which was easily blocked. Goku then directly blasted Frieza, and he was sure it was over. After escaping an exploding planet Namek, Goku landed on the planet Yardrat, where he leared a new technique, Instant Transmission. After leaving Yardrat, Goku returned to Earth where he learned from Trunks, Vegeta's son from the future, that androids were coming in 3 years to wipe out all civilization. Knowing this, Goku and the others spent 3 years of intensive training to prepare themselves for the coming of the androids. After they came, Goku's viral heart disease took effect, which Trunks predicted 3 years before. With this now in place, Goku was rushed home to take the medicine that Trunks had previously given him. After Goku was well, he learned of a new threat on earth, Cell, a being created by Dr. Gero to take revenge on Goku. This creation had the cells from many fighters in his body, including Goku. Goku and Gohan then entered the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to get 1 year's worth of training, in 1 day (real time). After training, Goku learned that Cell had assembled a "Cell Game", a tournament to decide the fate of the planet. Goku and the other Z Fighters were granted 10 days to prepare for this tournament. Finally, the tournament came, and Goku was first up (next to Hercule who was hilariously defeated). Goku then had an extreme battle with Cell, but realized that the battle was going nowhere. Goku withdrew from the match, and handed the position over to Gohan, who achived the level of Super Saiyan 2 and defeated Cell. Since Goku had to sacrafice himself during the Cell Game to save the Earth, Goku was once again sent to heaven, and entered in Grand Kai's Tournament. Here, Goku battled Pikkon, and the match ended in a draw. Goku then developed how to become Super Saiyan 2 and 3 while in heaven. Goku then returned to Earth, and found out of the threat of Buu, an ancient creation created by Bibidi, the father of Babidi the wizard. After batting with Vegeta after Vegeta's mind had been taken over by Babidi, Buu had enough power to be reborn. Buu then caused massive destruction, but eventually became friends with Hercule. After becoming enraged once more, Buu transformed into Super Buu, and caused extreme suffering worldwide. Goku then recieved Portara earrings from Supreme Kai, which let him fuse with Vegeta. After becoming the newly fused Vegeto, they battled Super Buu and ended up being absorbed by him. While inside Buu, they found many of their allies who had been absorbed by Buu. After escaping Buu's body and releasing them, Buu had a major transformation, and transformed into his true form, Kid Buu. As Kid Buu, Goku and Vegeta had quite a difficult time batting him. Eventually, Goku decided to use the Spirit Bomb, and with a little help from his allies, Goku launched the final Spirit Bomb that defeated Buu once and for all. Many years passed and Buu was reborn as Uub, as Goku had silently wished as Buu was being destroyed. Goku met Uub at the next Tenkaichi Budokai, and after seeing what Uub was capable of, Goku decided to live with Uub in his village and teach him the ways of martial arts. Goku's wild and exciting journey has now come to a brief stop, but his adventures still continue after training with Uub. . .

Notes:
That's basically what happened throughout Dragonball Z, with a little Dragonball info in there as well. I'm not going to get into what happened in Dragonball GT as for now. The most significant part of GT was the SSJ4 transformation, which we know about already. So I'll leave it at what I have for now.

Sam Fisher a.k.a. Splinter Cell

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Strength:

--Way above average for a man his age (50). Sam is able to lift an move unconscious / dead bodies with relative ease. He is also able to scale tall walls and fences with ease.
--Sam is also able to knock his opponents out with a single punch to the face / neck.
--He is able to position himself high up in a narrow hallway by jumping and spreading his legs out, creating outward force to maintain the height.
--Sam is able to knock his opponents out by landing on top of them.
--While holding an enemy from behind, Sam is able to easily choke him, rendering him unconscious.
--He is able to easily hold on to a high pipe with his hands and move himself across a room. Sam can also accomplish this feat with his legs wrapped around the pipe.
--A variation of the said pipe maneuver is by Sam hanging upside-down, using his lower legs as supports. In this position, Sam is also able to use his SC handgun, and choke enemies below.
--Sam has been able to hold on to the bottom of a moving train for a prolonged period of time.
--Sam is also able to move along the edges of elevated floors for extended periods of time. While doing this, Sam is able to pull enemies above him off and knock-out / kill them.
--When in water, Sam can pull opponents in and silently drown them.

Speed:

--Sam is shown to run at a competitive jogging speed. However, it is believed that Sam can sprint quite fast, though he is not encouraged to do so when on secretive missions that require maximum stealth.
--Sam can move at almost any speed between a competitive jog and a slow crawl. He can vary this speed at any time as he sees fit.
--He can maneuver through ventilation pipes quite fast. The same is said for him moving by pipes or zip lines.
--When rolling, Sam performs a slight speed increase.
--When moving at slow to moderate speeds, Sam is virtually soundless.

Durability / Endurance:

--Sam can take a hit. The man has fallen from buildings well over five stories tall and survived.
--He has also taken a barrage of machine gun bullets and lived to tell the tale.
--Sam also performs with maximum performance until he is knocked-out / killed.

Intellect:

--When it comes to stealth combat, Sam is a genius. He deploys combinations of weaponry and hand-to-hand combat that few would think of.
--He also picks locks, and hacks keypads/retinal scanners with ease. Sam has also been seen to diffuse bombs and wallmines.
--Sam outsmarted the brunt of Japan's I-SDF (Information Self Defense Force), a massive intelligence gathering military-based organization, and defeated them.
--He also outsmarted the brunt of Displace International; an organization plotting to start World War III by getting America / Japan / North Korea / South Korea / China into a massive war.

Gear / Techniques / Powers:

--Knife: Sam uses his knife to cut through various material for access. He also uses it to stab enemies from behind when approaching them. When interrogating an enemy, he uses the knife as a tool to get them to spill information / force co-operation.
--SC Pistol: A silenced handgun the emits no smoke or flash when fired. This pistol also has an OPC (Optically Channeled Potentiator) that allows Sam to disable electronics from virtually any distance, as long as he can see it.
--SC 20K: A 30-round, selective fire 5.56 x 45 mm NATO bullpup assault rifle. This fires silenced shots, and has a standard 1.5x zoom. Sam can also hold the trigger for a barrage of shots fired per second.
--SC 20K (Launcher): A modification of the standard SC 20K. This allows Sam to fire various tools and devices for maximum stealth capability. This includes:
. . . Ring Airfoils: Small, cylinder shaped metal objects that knocks-out any opponent it hits. This must hit the upper body for maximum success.
. . . Sticky Shockers: A small device that shocks and knocks-out the opponent it hits. This device can hit any part of the body for maximum success.
. . . Sticky Cameras: A mini camera that can be a second set of eyes for Sam. This has a 12x zoom capability, and can make a 'ticking' noise to attract nearby enemies. This can also fire a poisonous gas that knocks-out anyone who breathes it. If an enemy finds and shoots the camera, it will automatically release the gas.
. . . Gas Grenades: Small, ball shaped grenades that release a poisonous gas that surrounds a small portion of the given area. Anyone who breathes this gas is knocked-out.
--SC 20K (Foregrip): A foregrip used to steady firing and counter the effects of recoil, resulting in far more accurate fire when shooting in full auto mode.
--SC 20K (Shotgun): An undermount 12-gauge buckshot shotgun attachment. Quite useful for close-quarters combat. Extremely lethal against enemy personnel, but also very loud.
--SC 20K (Sniper): A modification that chambers the SC-20K for a 20 mm APDS (Armor-Piercing Discarding Sabot) round that can rip straight through armor and cover alike. This version has a full scope and modified barrel, increasing range and accuracy, though it is rather loud. This weapon has the highest penetration power in Sam's arsenal, and is the one weapon he carries capable of destroying certain forms of enemy armor (such as North Korean UAV tanks).
--Frag Grenades: A standard grenade that explodes after a few seconds of release. Extremely lethal to anyone close by.
--Flash Grenades: Rectangular-shaped grenades that release a blinding flash of light and a high-pitched sound, disabling vision and hearing to anyone close by.
--Smoke Grenades: Releases a massive amount of smoke that disables vision for enemies. This is ideal for Sam to hide behind and use various tactics, or for Sam to make a quick escape when in a tight area.
--Night Vision: Allows Sam to see almost perfectly in dark areas. This is highly ineffective in lighted areas.
--Thermal Vision: Allows Sam to specifically see anything that emits even the slightest bit of heat. This is ideal for seeing through smoke and thin walls.
--Electro-Magnetic Field Vision (EMF): Allows Sam to specifically see anything with an electro-magnetic field. This includes lights, computers, video surveillance cameras etc.
--Electronically Enhanced Vision (EEV): Allows Sam to designate various objects and their properties from a distance. This has a zoom feature, and also allows Sam to hack keypads and retinal scanners from a distance.
--Light Meter: A meter that allows Sam to see the light scheme of the exact position he is in. Being a darker area is always to Sam's advantage.
--Sound Meter: A meter that allows Sam to see how much noise he is making. This meter also includes the overall noise of the environment he is in. As long as Sam's noise level stays below the environmental noise, then nobody can hear him.
--Whistling: Sam can whistle or make a slight "psst" or "hey" sound to attract nearby enemies.

History:

-Might come soon.

Notes:

-Sam operates with greater success in dark areas, but is still extremely capable in lighted areas.

Majin Buu (a.k.a. Mr. Buu)

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Strength:

--Little is known about his strength, but he was shown to be able to keep up with that of SSJ3 Goku. Buu was clearly able to knock him multiple times.
--This isn't exactly a physical feat, but Buu was literally at the brink of making the universe fall apart at one time. His vibrational energies were close to collapsing every dimensional barrier, thus causing universal destruction. Dende and the Kais commented on this.
--Buu is also known to destroy planets for fun. Doing this requires little effort on his part.

Speed:

--Nothing is definite, but he was shown to be able to keep up with speeds equal to that of SSJ3 Goku, which was already established to be roughly light speed.

Durability/Endurance

--Buu's durability is God-like. When Vegeta used his self-destruct, he blasted Buu into such tiny bits that they were not visible anymore, and Piccolo could sense no trace of him. After a few seconds, the tiny particles of Buu's remains came together and completely regenerated him.
--This is not significant compared to the previous feat, but Goku shot a large hole through his chest with a Kamehameha wave, and Buu brought himself back together like it was nothing.
--Considering that Buu's regeneration is almost unstoppable, his endurance is virtually infinite.
--Hercule gave Buu a large pack of chocolates, where each one had enough poison to kill a bull elephant. Buu ate all of them and only commented on the strange taste.

Intellect:

--Buu is possibly one of the most unintelligent characters to walk the face of the DBU.
--He displays knowledge equal to that of a 2-5 year old, and acts like one as well.
--Hercule attempted to kill Buu with an exploding video game, and after the explosion, Buu had not picked up on Hercule's intentions.
--However, if the situation is serious enough, Buu knows what to do. He was able to heal Bee (Hercule's and Buu's dog) after seeing that men had shot him.
--He realized that Babidi was just using him, thus he killed him for freedom.

Fighting Skill:

--Buu does not have a real fighting style. As powerful as they are, his attacks are mere punches, kicks, and ki blasts. He has been shown to use grabs as well.
--Buu was also shown to tear a long piece of his flesh off, and use it to wrap around his enemy, which is an odd tactic.
--The overall effectiveness of his fighting style equal to that of SSJ3 Goku.

Techniques/Powers:

--Ki Flight: With this, Buu can fly while the level of Ki consumption by this is almost nothing. While flying at high speeds, Buu can skim massive areas of land in a few seconds.
--Ki Blasts: Energy waves that Buu can create using limited amounts of Ki. Ki Blasts have been shown to be able to destroy huge areas of land. These are often powered up and used in one big blast, or used in multiple, weaker blasts. Using these in multiple blasts is quite effective if the opponent is caught off guard.
--Ki Barrier: A ball of ki surrounding Buu that protects him from all attacks to a certain extent.
--Ki Explosion: A large burst of ki that destroys everything within a large radius.
--Absorption: Buu is able to use his flesh and make it completely surround something, thus allowing him to make the flesh part of himself again with the person/object inside of it. Buu gains the strengths and weaknesses of whatever he absorbs.
--Change Beam: An electricity-like beam that Buu shoots out the of tentacle on his head. This beam can change anything it touches into an object of Buu's choice (usually chocolate, cookies or cakes). Buu then often eats the newly made object, and gains it's strengths and weaknesses. This could be considered another form of absorption as long as Buu eats the new object.
--Healing: Buu places his hand over the being he wishes to heal, and after a couple of seconds they are in full health. This works for near-death experiences as well.
--Regeneration: Buu is able to remake himself back into his full form, even when he is blasted into undetectable bits (refer to durability/endurance).
--Kamehameha: Buu copied this move from Goku after seeing it done. He places both of his hands at his side, charges, and then fires the beam. Highly destructive and has the potential to destroy the solar system at the bare minimum (seeing as how SSJ2 Gohan and Super Perfect Cell could do the same thing).
--Split Form: Used against Kid Buu, Buu split himself into 4 Buu's and was able to beat on Kid Buu for a prolongued period of time. This proved to be quite effective. He also used this after regenerating from Vegeta's self-destruct, as he created hundreds to thousands of mini forms of himself.

Gear:

--None

History:

Long ago under the control of Bibidi, the father of Babidi, Kid Buu was created and let loose to cause rampage and destruction. After battling with many Kais, ones that existed in Supreme Kai's younger years, Kid Buu was able to kill many of them, and absorb some. One of these Kais granted Kid Buu enhanced strength. Eventually, the strongest Kai stepped up and fought one-on-one with Kid Buu. He managed to hold him back, but Kid Buu gained the upper hand by absorbing him. Kid Buu gained the traits and some abilities of this Kai, and instead of becoming stronger, he reverted into a much weaker form. This is how Mr. Buu gained his size, look, and playful nature. Bibidi soon found that Buu was too powerful to control, thus he locked Buu safely away in a containment ball where he could cause no destruction, and he laid dormant. Many years later, Babidi found it necessary to release Buu for reasons of his own. He gathered a massive amount of energy from the likes of Gohan, Goku and Vegeta, and eventually had enough to be let free from his containment ball. Once released, Buu caused a mass rage of destruction across the land, and eventually killed Babidi for using him to an excessive amount. After making friends with Hercule and adopting a dog, named Bee, he lived with Hercule in a house made of clay. After two evil men came and shot innocent Bee, Buu's temper flared like never before. He was able to heal Bee, but short after, he released all the anger he had buried deep inside of him into another form: Evil Buu. This tall, gray and slender version of Buu contained all the hatred and anger Buu had built up over his lifetime, thus he proved to be slightly stronger than Mr. Buu. After Evil Buu absorbed Mr. Buu, an intense transformation occurred, and Super Buu was born . . .

Notes:

--All feats with Buu compared to SSJ3 Goku are possibly less than stated, as Goku did not fight Buu to his full capabilities at the time.

Link (a.k.a. The Hero of Time)

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Strength:

--Link has been able to use various types of swords - incuding heavy ones (ex. The Biggoron's Sword) - with great skill and agility
--With his bare hands, Link is able to lift medium sized rocks
--With the Silver Gauntlets, Link is able to life massive boulders (estimated at least 1 ton), and toss them quite far
--With the Golden Gauntlets, Link is able to lift enormous pillars of stone (estimated at least 7-10 tons), and toss them quite far
--Link is consistently carrying around heavy equipment, and using it, therefore adding base strength that normal people most likely would not have

Speed:

--Link is quite slow. When running, he is no faster than a competative jog
--While locked-on to an opponent, Link is able to jump from side-to-side with great speed, lunge forward with great speed, and also backflip
--His Farore's Wind ability lets him teleport from dungeon to dungeon. The distance is not limited by any means
--While using Epona, he travels at a fast horse's pace. Not to mention he can use his bow & arrows while riding her

Durability/Endurance:

--Link's endurance is based on his heart containers, which he has a massive supply of (at least 20)
--A blessing Link aquires from a Great Fairy allows damage taken from all enemies to be cut in half, meaning double health (40+ hearts with regular deductions)
--On average, a direct hit sword swing from an enemy will take away half to a whole heart (only very powerful enemies will take away a whole heart)
--With a large supply of faries, red faires and milk, Link can quite often replenish a great deal of his health
--Link has been sliced, impaled, crushed, diced, and slammed on various accounts, and has almost always come out with minimal damage taken
--With Nayru's Love, Link takes no damage whatsoever (with the exception of high falls). This applies to any and all attacks
--Link literally fights with full ability (not lacking speed or strength) until he is completely K.O'd or killed

Intellect:

--When it comes to complex, puzzle like situations, Link shows a great deal of ability
--He has solved countless dungeons, temples, mazes etc. and come out on top each time (with some help from Navi)
--With the help of Navi, Link is able to distinguish an enemy's strengths and weaknesses before and during the battle
--Link has aquired a great deal of knowledge from his years of adventures and travelling (or so it is believed)

Fighting Skill:

--As a swordsman for almost all of his life, Link is considered a professional one
--He applies various sword-based techniques during battle
--Link is able to take down almost all enemies primarily using his various swords

Techniques/Powers/Gear:

--The Master Sword: Link's most used sword. Deals out a great deal of damage, and can be used with sharp agility.
--The Biggoron's Sword: A very large blade that deals out a massive amount of damage (twice that of the Master Sword). Link is able to use this blade with the same speed and agility as others, but it requires two hands to use.
--Magic: With this, Link is open to a wide variety of attacks and techniques. With a Great Fairy's blessing, his magic meter is doubled in size, granting double magic. Runs out at a slow rate.
--The Hylian Shield: Link's basic and most used shield. Can block almost all attacks.
--The Mirror Shield: A stronger shield with the ability to send back magic-based attacks.
--Bow & Arrows: Link's standard long-distance attack. Travels at very high speeds; quite hard to detect.
--Fire Arrows: Arrows with the ability to set objects on fire. Prolongued burning causes additional damage. Twice as powerful as normal arrows. Requires little magic.
--Ice Arrows: Arrows with the ability to freeze objects. Prolongued freezing causes additional damage. Twice as powerful as normal arrows. Requires little magic.
--Light Arrows: Arrows that are especially powerful against evil/dark enemies. Still extremely effective against normal enemies. Four times as powerful as normal arrows. Requires more, but still very little magic.
--Sword Spin: Link charges up his sword with a small amount of magic, and releases it by spinning several times. In the process, a burst of power with a large radius is released from the sword, surrounding Link. Ideal for taking out multiple enemies, and is quite powerful.
--Ocarina: A musical instrument that allows Link to do various tasks. The main use of this device is to travel back in time.
--Bombs: Standard explosives with a radius of about 10 feet.
--Lens of Truth: A magnifying glass-shaped lens with the ability to show objects and things that are not visible to the naked eye.
--Hookshot: A chain and hook with a long-range firing ability. Allows Link to grapple to many surfaces and propel himself where desired.
--Longshot: An extension to the Hookshot, making it twice as long.
--Din's Fire: A massive ball of fire that surrounds Link. Has a radius of about 40 feet in all directions when released. Requires some magic to use. Ideal for taking out multiple enemies, and is one of his most powerful attacks.
--Nayru's Love: A crystal/diamond shaped barrier around Link that protects him from any and all attacks. With the barrier on, Link takes no damage under any circumstances (with the exception of high falls). Requires some magic to use.
--Farore's Wind: A teleportation ability that allows Link to travel from dungeon to dungeon. Requires some magic to use.
--Zora's Scale: Allows Link to dive for a prolongued period of time.
--Zora Tunic: Allows Link to thrive underwater for an unlimited amount of time.
--Fire Tunic: Allows Link to survive in areas where there is extreme heat.
--Iron Boots: Heavy-weight boots plated with metal. Ideal for staying at the ground underwater.
--Hover Boots: Allows Link to temporarily float in mid-air.

Vegeta a.k.a. Prince Vegeta

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Strength:
-Vegeta has repeatedly shown his ability to smash an opponent multiple times in short periods, and send them flying huge distances over massive land or sea formations.
-Vegeta has been shown to train at 450x earth's normal gravity. After doing some quick calculations (estimating that Vegeta weighs about 200 lbs because of muscles), the result is that Vegeta can lift about 45 tons in base form.
-Vegeta's rate of attacks is extremely high, as he delivers multiple attacks to his opponent per second.
-Vegeta has been shown to break out of a time-freeze by Guldo while on Namek.
-Considering we previously decided that Goku can bench about 2500 tons at maximum strength, I think that number is rather fair to apply to Vegeta also, as he is almost, if not on par with Goku on strength.

Speed:
-Considering that Vegeta is close to Goku's equal, I find it a fair estimate to say that Vegeta is also around 99% light speed. After all, Vegeta has been shown to successfully keep up with Goku's speed many times.

Durability/Endurance:
-Vegeta has taken a massive hole directly through his chest by Krillin when attempting to become a Super Saiyan. Vegeta was shown to survive for a long period of time before Dende finally decided to heal him.
-Vegeta was able to take on Goku and many of his friends, single handedly, during his first appearance on Earth.
-Vegeta took a prolongued beating by Frieza on Namek, while still managing to not be knocked out. Quite literally, Vegeta was being excessively tortured, but it took a very long time for him to actually die.
-Vegeta acted as a punching bag for Kid Buu while Goku gathered a Spirit Bomb. He did this after already losing most of his endurance.
-Vegeta, with minor help from Gohan and Krillin, was able to take on the majority of the Ginyu Force for a prolongued period of time.

Intellect:
Not too much is known about Vegeta's intelligence. From what is shown, he recived no form of education throughout the series. He may have possibly recieved some kind of education while on planet Vegeta, but that is still unknown. Either way, Vegeta tends to excel in battle-intellect.
-Vegeta devised a plan to massively increase his strength during the battle with Frieza. He made Krillin attack him to the brink of death, and then after Dende healed him, Vegeta had gained a great deal of strength.
-Vegeta is the founder of USSJ (Ultra Super Saiyan). He developed this variation to SSJ while in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
-Vegeta discovered a way to break through Guldo's time-freeze. This may have been pure strength, but that is unknown, and could still possibly be a discovery of weakness to the technique.
-Vegeta used Babidi's mind controlling abilities to his advantage, thus, greatly increasing his strength after being taken over.
-Vegeta realized that the only way for Goku to gather enough energy for the Spirit Bomb was to basically make himself an open target for Kid Buu. Though this required a brutal beating from Kid Buu, Goku would have not had time to gather energy otherwise.

(I'd also like to add that Vegeta's pride sometimes blinds him in battle situations, resulting in him making poor decisions.)

Fighting Skill:
-Vegeta is known to be second best to Goku, who is top in the DBU.
-He has shown to be an overall better fighter than almost all enemies he has faced, ones who had the universe trembling at the sound of their name.
-Vegeta was known as a Saiyan Elite on his home planet, one of the most illustrious fighters around.
-Though there are no real flaws in his fighting style, Vegeta tends not to use other fighting techniques, such as grabs, but his style in still very effective against many enemies.

Techniques/Powers:
-Ki Flight: With this, Vegeta can fly while the level of Ki consumption by this is almost nothing. While flying at high speeds, Vegeta can skim massive areas of land and sea in a few seconds.
-Ki Blasts: Energy waves that Vegeta can create using limited amounts of Ki. Ki Blasts have been shown to be able to destroy huge areas of land. These are often powered up and used in one big blast, or used in multiple, weaker blasts. Using these in multiple blasts is quite effective if the opponent is caught off guard.
-Gallick Gun: A technique similar to the Kamehameha Wave. Vegeta first used this attack in order to destroy planet Earth. However, it is later revealed that Vegata can most likely destroy the Solar System with this attack, if not with another attack (Goku's Kamehameha was proven to have that capability, and since Vegeta's overall abilties are very similar to his, chances are that Vegeta could destroy the Solar System as well.)
-Big Bang Attack: An attack that Vegeta developed after becoming a Super Saiyan. It is a medium sized energy ball with great destructive ability. Vegeta used this attack to finish off Android #19.
-Final Flash: Believed to be Vegeta's most poweful attack. It is a massive ki beam, far larger than any other ki beam he knows, and it was used against Cell during the Cell Games (note that Vegeta was able to greatly damage 100% Perfect Cell while only in his Super Saiyan form, while it took a Super Saiyan 2 Gohan to defeat him).
-Atomic Blast: An attack developed by Vegeta in his Majin form. This is a more narrow ki blast, and is used for piercing through the opponent. Vegeta used this attack to put a clear hole directly through Majin Buu.
-Ultimate Final Skill: A self-destruct attack used by Vegeta when his options ran out against Majin Buu. Vegeta literally summons every last ounce of strength in him, and releases it in a massive ki explosion around him. When using this attack on Majin Buu, the attack seemed to stretch for many miles in every direction. This attack also blew Majin Buu to such tiny bits that you couldn't even see them anymore. After using this attack, Vegeta is turned to what seems to be ash/stone, and he becomes lifeless.
-Ki Rings: A paralyzing attack that is used to pin down the opponent to some kind of solid formation. Goku appeared to have a very difficult time escaping from the rings while around his arms and legs.
-False Moon: A ki ball that somehow triggers a Saiyan's transformation into an Oozaru. However, this technique is now useless to Vegeta, as he lost his tail and can no longer become an Oozaru.
-Final Shine: Little is known about this attack. It was used once by Vegeta, and could be a one-handed, quicker variation of the Final Flash.
-Super Saiyan (SSJ): A transformation technique that exponentially increases the power, strength, speed and durability of the user and can be maintained for very long periods of time.
-Ultra Super Saiyan (USSJ): A higher version of Super Saiyan. When Vegeta achieved this, his power and strength were almost that of a Super Saiyan 2, but he had a major lack of speed due to bulging muscles. This was never used again.
-Super Saiyan 2 (SSJ2): A level of Super Saiyan that has greater power than USSJ, but muscle mass is not increased at all, and therefore the user achieves excessive power, strength, speed, and durability, greatly exceeding that of a Super Saiyan.
-Super Saiyan 4 (SSJ4): The ultimate level of SSJ. With this, Vegeta gains the pinacle of power that was only exceeded by SSJ4 Goku. This gives Vegeta the ultimate level of power, strength, speed, durability and endurance.

Gear:
The only gear that Vegeta uses is his Saiyan armor. Other than that, his Saiyan space pod could be considered as gear, but he never used it later on in the series.

History:
As a young child, Vegeta grew up on his home planet, known as Vegeta. After being fed up with the Saiyans' performance at taking over planets (as the Saiyans had an agreement with Frieza), Frieza decided to blow up his planet. The only Saiyans known to escape were Vegeta, Goku, Nappa, and Raditz. King Vegeta was killed in the process. Vegeta's life growing up as an adult is unknown, but it is known that he eventually travels to Earth with his right hand man, Nappa. After a terrible performance, Nappa is disposed by Vegeta, and Vegeta takes on the Z Fighters single handedly. After barely managing to escape with his life, Vegeta headed to planet Namek for an immediate recovery. Vegeta then finds out that Frieza is on the planet, and he has no choice but to team up with the Z Fighters and take out Frieza. Eventually, Vegeta loses his life to Frieza, but he is later wished back with the Dragonballs to planet Earth while Goku battled Frieza on Namek. Vegeta ends up living with Bulma and spent most of his days training, in hopes of exceeding the abilities of Goku. During this time, Vegeta achieves the level of Super Saiyan. Cell is later revealed as the next main enemy, and Vegeta and the rest of the Z Fighters are given 10 days to prepare for his menacing "Cell Games", a tournament to decide the fate of planet Earth. Vegeta enters the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with Future Trunks, and he soon attains the level of Ultra Super Saiyan, which he found out was a useless transformation (for reasons stated above). Super Saiyan 2 Gohan ends up defeating Cell, with last minute help from Vegeta's Final Flash. After the Cell Games, Vegeta continued to train day in and day out. After some years, Majin Buu is revealed, along with his wizard master, Babidi. Vegeta is taken over by Babidi's mind control because of his evil heart, and he attains the level of Super Saiyan 2 while being controlled by Babidi. After Buu transforming into Super Buu, Vegeta and Goku fuse into a new fighter, Vegeto. Later realizing that the technique is not enough once Super Buu transformed into Kid Buu, Vegeta and Goku teamed up, even with Hercule, to defeat him once and for all. After the defeat of Buu, Earth was once again at peace, and Vegeta continued to train every day, but with a new intent this time. He realized during the fight with Kid Buu that Goku is simply better than him, and he will have to live with that truth. However, that did not stop Vegeta from becoming more powerful as the days of peace continued . . .

Notes:
That is a basic version of Vegeta's main events throughout Dragonball Z. As for now, I'm not going to get into GT.

Cell a.k.a. The Ultimate Android

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Strength:
-Cell's rate of physical attacks is extremely high, as he delivers multiple punches and kicks to his opponent per second.
-Cell has sent his opponents flying over huge land masses from hard hits many times.
-Cell sent Hercule flying into a large rock mound from slightly tapping him with the back of his hand.
-Since we have previously decided that a 2500 ton bench-press is fair for Goku at maximum strength, I find it reasonable to put Cell at around a 2000 ton bench press at maximum strength.

Speed:
Since we have previously agreed that Goku moves at about 99% lightspeed, I find it a fair estimate to say that Cell moves at about 80% - 90% lightspeed. However, Cell learned Instant Transmission when recovering from his self-destruct, and with this technique Cell exceeds the speed of light, as the technique is instant.

Durability/Endurance:
-Cell was able to take Krillin's Destructo Disk to the back of his neck with no effect at all.
-Cell stood and examined his new perfect form as Krillin was attacking him rapidly. Cell seemed to not pay attention to Krillin at all.
-Cell was able to keep up with the endurance of SSJ2 Gohan.
-Cell has the genes of Saiyans, which vastly increases his healing ability.
-Cell has the genes of Piccolo, letting him regenerate even from one single cell.
-Cell was able to easily fight SSJ Goku, and then immediately fight SSJ-SSJ2 Gohan.
-Cell easily fended off Piccolo, Krillin, Tien, and Yamcha's attacks at the same time while still having a Kamehameha struggle with SSJ2 Gohan.

Intellect:
-Cell is known to be a battle genius, as he inherited cells/power from Goku, Vegeta, Tien, Krillin, Piccolo, Frieza, King Cold, Android #17, and Android #18.
-Cell knew the abilities of every Z Fighter before actually fighting them.
-Cell was able to sneak his way past the majority of the Z Fighters and ultimately absorb Android #17 and Android #18.
-Cell had incredible self-knowledge, as he remained perfectly hidden until he was powerful enough to fight.

Fighting Skill:
At the time of Cell's existance, he was second best only to SSJ2 Gohan. He was able to outmatch every other hero and previous villan at the time. He is believed to have a greater fighting skill than almost all fighters, good or bad, and even ones in the future, because of the amount of people he gained cells from.

Techniques/Powers:
-Ki Flight: With this, Cell can fly while the level of Ki consumption by this is almost nothing. While flying at high speeds, Cell can skim massive areas of land in a few seconds.
-Ki Blasts: Energy waves that Cell can create using limited amounts of Ki. Ki Blasts have been shown to be able to destroy huge areas of land. These are often powered up and used in one big blast, or used in multiple, weaker blasts. Using these in multiple blasts is quite effective if the opponent is caught off guard.
-Kamehameha Wave: A massively powerful Ki beam with the potential to destroy the Solar System (while in his Super Perfect Form). He derived this technique from Goku.
-Spirit Bomb: Known to be Cell's most powerful attack. Although he never uses this technique, he states that he has the ability to use it. He derived this technique from Goku. -Death Beam: A narrow ki beam used for piercing through the opponent. He derived this technique from Frieza and/or King Cold.
-Self-Destruct: A technique used to blow himself up and take anybody even remotely close along with the explosion. This technique is stated to have the potential to destroy the solar system. Cell has the ability to regenerate after using this technique, and comes back even stronger because of his Saiyan cells. He developed this technique himself.
-Instant Transmission: A teleport technique that allows Cell to instantly appear anywhere in the universe after once tracking a ki signature in the desired location. With this technique, Cell exceeds the speed of light, as the technique is instant. He developed this technique after he used his self-destruct, and derived it from Goku.
-Solar Flare: An extreme amplification of the sun's rays. With this technique, Cell can blind the opponent for about 10 seconds. Cell is not affected by the brightness, and it is used as an escape technique. He derived this technique from Tien.
-Psychokinesis: The ability to move objects without touching them. It is believed that Cell could also use this technique as an attack, as Frieza blew up Krillin using this. He derived this technique from Frieza.
-Cell Juniors: With this technique, Cell is able to create mini forms of himself. When using this, he created 7, each one to take on a different Z Fighter. Their power seemed to be just slightly under SSJ Goku and SSJ Vegeta.
-1st Form: Cell's most basic form. This is his being after his larvae form. In this state, he had the power to take on Piccolo fused with Kami, and knew every attack except Instant Transmission and Cell Juniors.
-2nd Form: Cell's form after absorbing Android #17. In this state, his power was about equal to Ultra Super Saiyan Vegeta, but had greater speed. In this state, he knew every attack except Instant Transmission and Cell Juniors.
-Perfect Form: Cell's ultra-powered form after absorbing Android #18. He seems to have gained a great deal of intelligence in this form, and gains far more power compared to his transformation into his 2nd form. His power here is slightly under SSJ2 Gohan, and he gains the Cell Juniors ability.
-Super Perfect Form: Cell's last and more perfect form after self-destructing from his reverted 2nd form. He gains excessive power in this form because of his recovery using the Saiyan genes. In this form, his power slightly exceeds that of SSJ2 Gohan, and he learns Instant Transmission.

History:
Cell is known to have existed from early in Dragonball. His creator, Dr. Gero (Android #20), used tiny robot-insects to gain the cells of various fighters early in the series, and the insects continued to gain cells from other heroes and villans up until he was born. After finally gaining all the necessary cells and growing for long enough, Cell was released by Dr. Gero's computer and allowed to roam free, and reach his main goal; to attain perfection by absorbing Android #17 and Android #18. After sneaking past many Z Fighters, Cell was able to absorb Android #17. Later on, Vegeta and Krillin made foolish mistakes and ultimately allowed Cell to absorb Android #18, gaining Cell his perfect form. Soon after, Cell proposed the "Cell Games" to the Z Fighters, a tournament to decide the fate of planet Earth. After a hilarious loss by Hercule, Goku stepped into the ring and battled it out with Cell. As the match carried on, Goku realized that Cell was simply too strong for him, and that there was no point in fighting him. Gohan then stepped in to fight Cell, and gained the form of SSJ2 because of Cell's urge for a better battle. After Goku sacrificing himself to save Earth, and Cell self-destructing on North Kai's planet, Cell regenerated from a few cells (literally), and used Instant Transmission to teleport back to Earth. This time, no hold were barred, and every Z Fighter stepped in to take out Cell (except for Vegeta, who was too shaken by his belief that all was lost). Cell fended off the Z Fighters with ease, and had a huge Kamehameha struggle with a wounded Gohan. After Vegeta finally stepping in and blasting Cell with a Final Flash, Cell was distracted long enough for Gohan to finish him off, with spiritual help from Goku. Cell was then finally defeated, and every last cell in his being ceased to exist. However, the Z Fighters remember Cell as one of the most formidable opponents ever faced.

Notes:
-Cell did have the potential to destroy SSJ2 Gohan. It was because of Goku's telepathic assistance and Vegeta's last ditch Final Flash that SSJ2 Gohan was granted a victory.
