She walked in to the tavern, blue cloak in one arm and a pointy leather hat on her head. Her staff bumped against the ground lightly as she walked. Taking a quick stop at the bar, she grabbed an ale and headed over to the fireplace. She smiled a bit to herself and leaned back, pulling the hat down so that it touched the edge of her glasses and sipped the ale.

"Whaaaat? What do you mean, you wont serve me ale!?"
The bartender calmly washed a glass.
"No ID, and you don't look old enough."
Ezra stood up, knocking the stool backwards. "Thats ridiculous! Of course Im old enough to drink! Why else would I be in a bar!?"
"If you don't calm down, I'll have you thrown out, young lady."
"UGHHHH!!!!" She stormed off to sit in the corner near the mage and pout, her arms folded across her chest.

"Last I checked, it was none of your business." Ezra said snottily, and turned her head.

(ooo I totaly get my Angst on! ARRR!!! (can't remember past.. carries big sword, nuff said))

The young man (as per set cliche opening... wait... young girl.. umm s**t..) drug himself into the car sighing to himself, he looked about dimly at it's residents and found a dusty stool to situate himself upon. When he sat the sword on his back bumped into the floor and it jarred him in his seat, but not enough to shake the dimness from his eyes. He nudged one shoulder and held out his arm the thick blade fell into his hand and he rested the hilt against the bar. He motioned the bar tender down to him.
"Something strong." The Keep looked at him.
"You old enough boy?" The young man blinked at him and scratched his grizzeled chin.
"Suppose I am, felt natural enough to sit here." He then reached over and nonchelantly petted the handle of his sword. There were chips dinged out of the blade, even if there were no chips dinged out of the young man. It's long flat blade made it look more like board than a sword, but it had long lost it's shape from the chunks it was now missing. It had perhaps been a fine blade, but only it's center and tip remained.
"yeah.. sure I guess so.." The Keep went and quickly fetched him an ale, and a shot of something dark and thick. Never once was he asked for pay.

He looked over at the small girl, he must have been a head and half taller than her. His dim eyes did nothing but film over, so he blinked it away as he always did. He lost his train of thought as he looked over at her, and although his mind was elsewhere, thinking on other matters. Such as "who am I" and "what am I doing here". He seemed to be staring at her, although of course this was not his intent.
