what do you guys think is a reasonable asking price for commisions? i mean it would be depending on what they get. but lets say my avatar art in my sig. what would you pay for art like that?

That's a difficult question... I've never actually paid for avatar art... friends just give it to me. sweatdrop Your art is really cute though... I'd be willing to pay for it.
Maybe you should ask some of the other artists on Gaia or look around the av. art market, that way you can get an idea of how much others are charging. 3nodding

Obviously if they are asking for some "Gone with the Wind" product they should expect to pay more. Prorate them based upon how much time you think you'll have to spend on it and go from there?!?
Just a suggestion. I would say that 10000 isn't too much to ask for some rockin art. Its also not really all that much considering the massive inflation of the gaian economy. Now if yer talking real $ Id say anywhere from 20$ and up.
