Name: Amaya
Age: 17
Element: Air
Past: Amaya lived a normal life, with her mother and ________. Her father had left when she was four. At the age of nine, when a hurricane hit near her home, everyone was evaccuated. Everyone who wasn't in any way disabled, that is. The Sirs in charge didn't want to chance any problems, so they "discretely" avoided contact with anyone who had any sort of physical or mental problems. Amaya's mother was in a wheel chair, for she was paralyzed from the waist down. So naturally, they were left to die. While Amaya's mother sank down to the depths of the flooded wreckage of their neighborhood before her very eyes, her ________ disapeared without a trace; which left her to take care of herself. (hehe, or die for herself). As the house began to collapse, an unknown, uncalled for Force prevented her from death. But in a way, it prevented her from life, for she was sent into a comma unlike anyother, wittnessed. For seven years, she was in this unbreakable state. She just sat in space, singing to the darkness around her. And at the age of sixteen, she found herself inside the shop of an elderly old man. This man had a family of his own and he cared for Amaya for a year. He taught her about their year, and about the aftermath of the storm. AND about the recent danger they were in, from the very planet they loved. At the age of seventeen, Amaya left to find her brother, who she was certain lived on somewhere. Her only proof was the constant "dreams" she had in the middle of the day, as she was wide awake, in a market or on a subway train, or even at the dinner table. At the age of eighteen, she was shipped off with a group of people she did not know, on a ship into space. All she knew, was that she was looking for one thing, and one thing alone: Her life.
Description: A short, average-looking girl with LONG, curly, red hair. She's incredibly small (short, skinny, etc.) She has green eyes and many freckles, wears contacts, loves green. A fan of poetry, loves to sketch, watercolor, and use soft pastelles. [this is for the mark of her element...] : as she's so small, she ALWAYS gives the impression that she's flying. She looks as though she sails, or drifts, rather than walks, and she can be swept up by the slightest wind. (good enough? I need help.) ((Emma, I don't think I'm gonna put a sign on my back! xd rofl rofl ))
Pic: ((not required))
Other: She's - you guessed it - a vegetarian. And she always carries with her, a picture of her ________
Other Other: {may I have an older sibbling? well, let's see: will anybody be willing to be my older sibbling? only by a year or two. otherwise he/she can be the same age. brother or sister; doesn't matter}
