It was only when he reached the bottom of a gigantic cliff did he finally cease to run.
"Where am I?" he said to himself. "Hello! Is anybody there!?" nothing greeted him except the hot wind of the Salhalla. He tried to sniff the air but all he got was a nose full of sand. After an extensive period of hacking that up and out. He surveryed the area.

He peered off into the west and could see a city lying just on the horizon. Now taking his time so as to recatch his breath he walked towards it, the sun burning down over him.

Hunched over, hot and exhausted, Shouyin finally entered the city. People slowly bustled about, large sun hats on to protect them from that damned fiery demon in the sky. A sign hung from a building that read 'Residence Available'. Since Shouyin would be in this town for a while hunting for Archangel he decided to check it out. A bar that advertised the fact that it sold water lay to the right, on the left was a young woman behind a counter.
"I'm interested in renting a room."
"Of course sir," the woman smiled. "Number 265 is available."
Shouyin winced at the woman's smile, she reminded him of Aeife. "Yes thank you," he handed her a bundle of coins and headed up the stairs.

Inside the room lay a small two-person bed, a cabinet and a nightstand. Shouyin lay his sword on top of the cabinet and opened the water bottle. Once opened, he drank it voraciously but carefully enough so as not to spill a drop of the precious liquid. After being out in the sun for so long the cool fluids refreshed his body and he lay down on the bed with a sigh.

in the middle of the desert a vast dark cloud appears, and a sonic boom is created, echoeing thoughout the area... the clouds clear and a human looking figure appears directly under where the clouds appeared.
"destination... arrived" the figure says with no one known to it to hear it

*looks around in all directions* "no towns near it seems... looks as if this desert goes forever..." it says with disentent *starts walking in a random direction to see if it can find anything*

After a few minutes rest he got up and decided to search the city for anyone who knew about Archangel. He walked down to the reception desk and looked for the woman he'd spoken to before but instead found nothing, he turned and looked up at the bartender.
"I'm looking for someone."
"Aren't we all mate, aren't we all..."
"No not like that, a need to find a person."
"Well then you'd want to speak to Argint."
"Argint?"
"Yeah, he's good at that sort of business."
"Where would I be finding him?" Shouyin was surprised that he'd found a lead so quickly, maybe this'd be easier than he thought and he could return to his darling Aeife.
"He finds you mate. You gotta prove yourself, his services don't come cheap."
"Pfft, and how would I do that?"
"Meet me around the building tonight."
"Will do, thanks," maybe this'd be more difficult then he'd thought.

continues walking in the desert, searching for any signs of civilization, wondering if there was any life in this world. all of a sudden. it feels an overwhelming power, similar to the power it had coursing throughout it's vein's, but different.
"so this place has purpose after all..." it said with a grin
it hears a voice in it's memory, but since long extunguishing that life shrugs it off and contiune's searching for civilization.
[is that better Shouyin? if not can you pm me the structure? i'm kinda new to this format... srry]

after a long time of walking, it sees a city-like structure off in the distance.
"well... this may be interesting"
it continues to walk toward this unknown destination... going faster and faster until it can no longer speed up it's pace towards it's destination.

After awhile of running, it finally reaches the outskirts of the city it saw.
"It's time to see. Just what these beings look like" it says as it enters the city.
With a gasp of disbelif, it sees the beings are nearly the same as his world. Relizing this, it knew it needed a plan to accomplish it's goal, and then slunk into an alleyway.

Lying in his room Shouyin thought of what Aeife could be doing. He really hoped she had been able to move on. The last thing he wanted was for her to stay in his home forever. He looked outside and saw the sun beginning to set. Opening the window he hopped out and walked behind the building. The bartender wasn't there yet, he'd have to wait.

As it slinks into the alleyway, there are several people there it doesen't notice and it does a double-take to seeing the people. There were four of them and they were all carring different sorts of weapons. One had a sword, another an axe, one a mace, and the last one had tonfas.
"Look what we have here! now who is this?" the sword weilding leader said with a devious grin.
"I am of no concern to you. Now I will take my leave..." it said and started walking out of the alley.
"Boss, you gonna let a punk like that talk to you that way? Let's mess him up!"
"I have no time for you... worthless people..." it replied
"WHAT?!?" the sword weilding leader shouted. "Now you won't live to reget this!"
The sword weilding leader swong his sword at this strange being, cutting his arm off, laughing since he thought he had won agianst this odd person... Then, with a gasp of shock of seeing no blood pour from it's body, then the arm turning to water, going up it's body and reforming, the sword weilding leader stood there, frozen as his compainions ran away from this site.
"What... what are you?"
"I am Chaos!" it said as it lifted his opponent by the neck off the ground.
"And you... are dead!" Chaos snaps the guys neck and throws him down.
Silently Chaos ponders if this will blow his cover, but he shrugs it off as one life most likly will make a major difference if it's plan goes on the correct course...

*A rift opens in the middle of the desert, and out of it, comes Geo, just arriving from the Shadow Realm.* Well now, home sweet home... Can't wait to bring down some destruction, now, should I go elsewhere, or explore this region? I think I will walk around the desert for some time, I won't be quite so easy to follow out here.

Shouyin sighed, he was getting tired of waiting. Silently a man walked around the corner.
"I hear you've been looking for me," the man's face was covered by a hood and heavy clothes adorned is body. Unusual in a place as hot as this.
"Yeah, I need to find someone," from what Shouyin could see the man wasn't much, he had little form and the heavy clothes hugged to his sides.
"Well then, we'll have to see how good you are," men appeared all around Shouyin, bearing various weapons. Annoyingly enough, Shouyin had left his sword in his room.
"What's this?"
"Merely a test, you pass and I will locate your target. Fail, and die."
"Great..."
