Women can see other women channeling as a white light. Men can feel women channeling as goosebumps. Can women feel when men channel?

No. The same experiment (with Rand, Egwene and Elayne in Rand's rooms in Tear) where they figured out men can feel women channeling, they decide they can't feel anything when Rand is holding/cahnneling saidin. I recall them thinking that it was terribly unfair, so they pinched Rand on the butt with saidar.

But I think Rand pinched Egwene on the butt, and Elayne gave him a full whack that made him hobble for ages until she Healed (a very minor Healing) it away.

I think it's a matter of time before they figure out how to tell, but that's me. I figure it can't forever be one way but not the other (men can feel women, but not the other way 'round). Mostly, I think it's just until Mat's primary advantage - feeling channeling of any kind via his medallion - is played out.

but there has to be some reason why they can't.... men might have in a sense evolved it to be able to know when women were coming... that way they could get away.... kinda a defense from being severed.

perhaps it has to do with the way they channel. With the men having to fight perhaps they can feel it because of the submission of the women
