We want this village to be a place people want to come, so don't be affraid

I have a suggestion. We should have a hospital and a medical-nin option.
It could go like this:
Academy Student
Genin
Chuunin
Jounin -or- Med-nin
Anbu -or- Healer
Sennin
I think people should be able to choose weather they want to persue a Med-nin career or a Volcano-nin career.
We also need a hospital. Where do people go after they have battles and are injured? The ramen stand? The 'Kage's house?

u know jonin is stronger than anbu
anbu are just the police
also u should lower then post it cost to advance as a shinobi come on now chunin 200 post that would take for ever unless ur on gaia 24/7

Another thing, you have too many announcement threads, and it is confusing some of the newcomers of the guild. After seeing all of that, they may not want to join your village. Do something with that."

How bout a OOC thread in here so we can discuss our characters stuff. That way people don't take up about 10 pages in each topic of just OOC while they're characters do nothing.

A list of the different Jutsu's we can learn. Such as offer 4 different Jutsu's that can only be learned as a gennin or higher and say that only two can be chosen while a gennin. Then have that happen for all the ranks making it easier to know what Jutsu's you can get. This would just allow people different abilities so not everyone at the same rank is just using only the same techniques on each other. One last thing is you could increase the amount of jutsu's for Jounin and up.
