I love this manga! Does anyone know if the
anime has come out yet? I also wonder if the
movie is going to be cool! Light is a main
characfter that I can acctually stand for once!

I heart Death Note! And Light is just awesome becuase he's like good and evil at the same time! The anime, I think, should be comming around in October. But that only goes for Japan...right? Darn. Um, part one of the live action movie has already started. Part two will be finished in October... I think.
I'm only up to the sixth volume. I gotta wait for the other volumes to come out crying .

Same here! I like the fact that Light kills ba guys that
murder and stuff like that. It's close to what I want to do.
I want to send them to jail for what they do.

Criminals running around is a bad thing especially the ones that kill and rape people. Man... L and Light are some smart people and Light's room must be sound proof because if I started yelling or laughing like he did, I'm sure that everybody would hear it.

Yaeh really. It's kind of odd how the person who writes
the story comes up with these things...he must be pretty
smart too. I mean the thing with the lead on the door?

I would have never thougth about putting lead on my door. But I've done something similar to what Light does by putting something in place right next to the door. To see if anybody comes in and moves that object when I'm gone. Yep, the creator of this manga is smart.

I also like the idea with the bag of potato chips and the
TV. That was also pretty smart. I just can't wait for the
next book!

I liked how he got rid of that FBI agent and his fiance. xd Man... am I evil! I can't wait for the next book either. I have a feeling that if get the next manga, I'll read it in about an hour sweatdrop then start the whole waiting process over again stressed .

Yep, time to start the waiting process all over again. I just got the seventh volume and finshed it just like that sweatdrop . Maybe I should wait for two volumes to come out. Nah...
But the seventh volume crying ... I can't belive that stuff happened so early!

I know! That is a lot of stuff! I like how this manga has a lot
of reading so that you also have to focus on the reading as much
as you do the pictures! The plot twists are awesome and it takes me
longedr to read than most other mangas.

I know right! This is one of the mangas that I actually reread from time to time instead of just going back to look at the pretty pictures. I know the shortest time of reading a manga was about 15 minutes for me eek ! I don't know what happened there. They sure do spend A LOT of time talking.

LOL 15 minutes? Did you just read real fast and not look at
the pictures? Personally I do try to go back through and read
becuase I forget or notice something new in a picture.

The thing is... I did look at the pictures O.o. And I was right next to my friend when I picked up the manga and put it down the next minute xp . The look on her face was priceless xp !
