As of right now, Manny Camacho and Anime Fury Studios are working with AGA (Anything Goes Anime), Regal theatres and Funimation to get a FMA movies premiere in the Falls theatre with Special Guest Vic Mignogna (Voice of Ed Elric).
Who would be interested in going?

If it was in north or central FL, I would be. But south Florida is too far, um, south. sweatdrop

OMG! I've got a bunch of friends who are really into FMA that would want to go, and if I've finished watching the series I'd want to go. It's awesome, but I just recently discovered FMA.
Unfortunately, I don't think my parents want me driving to south Florida with my minivan full of rabid otaku. I suppose it depends on how far south. Miami is a bit far, though that's probably where it's going to be, knowing my luck.
I think it would be awesome if I have my costume done at that point. Doubtful, though. I'm going to end up making myself sick working with fiberglass, since I'm way too clumsy to work with it.
I really want to go to that. Where is the theatre?

I wish I could go... crying Stupid family, making me move to ME...
When they were going to screen it during AFO, I was so totally excited, because my friends and I did our first ever cosplay from FMA and we all promised to go together. crying But when they cancelled I was like RAWR. I guess I'll just have to order the movie and watch it by myself... emo

I guess I'll just have to order the movie and watch it by myself... emo The screening was cancelled because Funimation had made a deal to screen the FMA only through Regal cinemas, so screening it at Yasumicon without a theatre type area could have been a breach of contract.
