Crew Assignments
These are my official designations for what each crew member is responsible for. This means that if at any time that I'm not on and there's guild business you need to discuss, these are the people you go to, depending on their assignments.
All Crew In charge of making sure no rules have been broken. If you notice a rule has been broken, PM one of them or me with a quote of the rule being broken.
Senior Crew In charge of keeping the other crew members in line in all aspects, but must check with another senior crew member or the captain to see if they both see a problem. If you have a problem with a crew member outside of these two, please feel free to talk to one of them if I am not available. If you have a problem with a member of my senior crew, please talk with only me.

Animus Tractus, Vice Captain In charge of helping me come up with ideas for RPs, and helps me make sure I don't leave anything off the applications and rules in each of the RPs. Also from time to time helps me keep track of those members who have posted without first agreeing to the rules, and keeping track of members who are generally inactive.
Crew Member officially in charge of allowing in members - 1.
If you have issues in any of these areas, PM him!
Barentine, Crew Member In track of keeping things moving in the guild RPs. I also officially give her permission to move time forward if it starts becoming an issue and I am not able to take care of it in a timely manner.

Vale Kinomoto/Cainsama, Senior Crew Member In charge of looking into the past posts of potential members, to make sure that they do make literate posts and don't spend most their time posting in the chatterbox or something.

Crew Rules
1. NO ONE but the captain is allowed to delete characters! No exceptions. If I find a member has been deleted without my doing so, you're in serious trouble!
2. To allow in a new member two of the designated crew members must agree to the application and send me a PM saying so. If you notice someone has not been approved yet and they've been waiting a while, please look over their application and send a PM to another of the designated crew members to see if they will approve as well. If they say a guild member recommended them, check into it!
3. To deny a new member follow pretty much the same directions above.
4. If you notice a member is inactive send them a PM. No need to drag me into it yet. If you do not get a response after a certain amount of time, PM or IM me on AIM with their Gaia name and when you PMed them. I will look into it.
5. If you notice a rule has been broken or someone else makes you aware of a rule being broken, alert me by way of PM or IM on AIM, telling me what rule it is and where it was broken. I will look into it. Do not delete or alter the offending post!
Crew - post agreement to rules below. They ARE subject to change or to be added on to, so make sure you check up every now and then.

The following updates have been made:
First off, crew member Cainsama/Vale Kinomoto was given the task of looking over the post history of those who want to become a member of the guild. In addition to checking with another crew member in charge of letting in members, you must have her okay. Even I will be checking in with her on this.
Secondly, crew members Cainsama/Vale Kinomoto and Animus Tractus have officially been named Senior Crew Members. This only means that they will help me to keep the other crew members in line at times, in addition to keeping the members in line. I do this in hopes of one day having a larger crew when there are more members. If ever there is a problem with one of the crew outside of Cainsama and Animus, please feel free to speak to one of them if I am not available. If you have a problem with one of them, please talk only with me.
