Located on one of the few islands surrounding Mt Kujaku.
Likewise with Mt Kujaku and the remaining small islands, Mideel was once a small portion of the main continent known as Epidonis until Mt Kujaku was raised from the hellmouth causing Parts of Epidonis to separate.
Abundant in shops, this area is an attractive spot for travellers to replenish their equipment and take a rest. Up until recently business has been thriving due to the large amount of tourism they usually get and it is through this many folks have made a decent living. It has only been with the increased amount of beasts surrounding Mt Kujaku that tourists have decided not to visit the area (for fear of their own well-being). Many now chance the risk of visiting Epidonis as the ones who make it there are pampered and given the finest luxuries money can buy. It can be one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating places on the planet and perfect for weary travellers.
Main areas: Mideel Town Centre, Docks, Hot springs and Sentry Tower.

The boat docked in at the port but kali was worried about the smoke she saw and snuck down to see what it was, with out herself being seen. She looked around the crates and crawled to where the smoke was she could see it now as she jumped down from a box.
" Edouard, What with you!"
She asked, but kept her distance, something was wrong and not normal at all, as if she was one to talk.
She unbuttoned her sleeves and walked over slowly covering her mouth so not to breath in the smoke.

"Finally," Chase said as the boat docked and stood up walking towards the plank that lead off the ship, "We can now get off this horrid rust bucket." She paused for a moment when she caught a glimpse of Kali walking away, but not off the ship. Standing there for a moment, she sighed before following Kali, "I guess solid ground would have to wait."
She had lost of Kali as she followed her down below deck. The slight rocking of the ship was almost worst down in the hull then it did on deck, and her sickness began to quickly come back. "Let's go Kali, or I'll leave without you, cause I'm not going to stand here and play hide 'n seak all day."

Edouard opened his eyes and looked Up.
"Ah kali how pleasant to see you. The matter you say oh nothing I am merely recharging the shadows within me This new form has taken from me just as I have gained"
Edouard Looked up to kali once more
"But in truth with his power would you rather be with him or against him."

kali was finally curious about Edouard and his so called master.
"Ok, tell me you demon amongst men, who is your master and what are his plans."
kali placed her hand on a box next to her to summon if she needed to not waiting for a reply. kali didn't know it but the chains on her where moving a little in anticipation of her summoning.
"talk or I am going."

as the ship came into land and she saw the location they were heading her intrigue perked, it was quite something to see the land in the clouds and huge volcano. Risa looked carefully at the tattoos she could see revealed under cheys shirt with out much concern about privacy just staring at the back of her neck as she waited for a response, then suddenly she felt an aching pain in her cheats like sharp points in her heart.
it gave her a sense of deep darkness sending a chill up her spine. She held her chest and gazed down at it. was it the darkness Edouard had used to cure her still, was it reacting to something.
risa stared around suddenly. where was chase and where’s kali? she looked around for some reason a little panicky. she didn’t understand it herself, they prob just went to take a look on land. she stood to her feet cautiously, but the aching in her chest still continued.

Edouard decided now wasnt the time for joking this was a good opportunity
"My master I'm sure you know. His name is Anima and he is one of the last that have partial attachment to this world but I'm sure you already knew that"
Edouard stood up and the shadow fire died down absorbed back into his body.
"He seeks to be more than partial once more and to be freed from his prison between dimensions you see he is trapped part this world part the next. I sence his essence in those chains kali dont try to hide it"

"You are right, I am not hiding anything, but there is more then just anima in these chains there is something more, a soul. He longs for freedom but at the same time he cares for me"
She made a fist as she stopped herself from summoning.
"I don't know what anima has planed for me but I am grateful for her granting my freedom, but I am not his puppet."
then kali thought about it she wanted her summon to get the freedom she got and then maybe this madness would stop and she could be a normal girl and embodiment could be whatever it, he is.
"Tell me, if you are close to anima, how can I free embodiment of chains and turn him it to a creature or man that is free?"
Her eyes went very cold all of a sudden and wanted an answer.

"The only way would be to have anima un bind the two of you but undoubtedly that would require your assistance for he must be pushed fully into one of the world so that he can fulfill this and he wishes it to be this one"
edouard wondered of the reply hed get but for now he didnt care.
"Anima would like to punish the mist for what they have done and the lands they have stolen from the balduvians and equally the domains that were stolen from him."

"i could never do that my heart wouldn’t allow, it just the thought of killing is a nightmare."
But as she said it she had a hazy opinion about it.
"but i could get stronger and try and summon anime to this world . What am i saying, i would need to summon a lot and now ive been doing it for some time its starting to get to me in some way."
She didn't really want edouard to hear this but she was thinking out load and she started to let her guard down.

Frustrated, Chase turned and then began to walk back. Reaching the upper deck she wasn't going to stay on this ship any longer and quickly headed towards the plank that lead off of the ship. She stepped foot on the dock paused for a moment to look back to see if anyone else was coming before slowly walking towards solid ground. Looking up she found snow began to lightly fall, and the hardness in her eyes seemed to disapear for a slight second, "Well there's something I haven't seen for a while. Maybe here I'll get some peace and quite to give my wounds some time to heal."

Chey sat there contemplating whether or not to answer Risa's Question.
Her tattoo's were a part of who she was, she couldn't remember how she got them, they just seemed to be on her since she could recall.
All she knew about them was that there was a curse intertwined in them. She herself had spent many long and periliss hours with her nose in thousands of books and only she had only just found a book that helped her understand a bit about what she couldn't remember, but still it was like a curtain that was never to be lifted.
Sighing she looked at Risa, Chey was about to tell her what she knew but then Risa got up, closing her mouth Chey herself stood up and looked up at the mountain.
"Well looks like this is going to be fun."
With that Chey went and walked off the boat onto the wharf after Chase.

risa stared to chase as she left the boat with chase, she decided to follow but there was still this unnerving feeling inside which gave her concern about kali for some reason. she just hoped it wasn’t anything serious. the girl was strong thou whatever it was she could handle it.
risa shrugged it of and steeped of the bridge to hurriedly walk after the others. she walked quickly to catch up to chey to walk besides her.
"sorry about that chey, my mind was distracted for a moment. Do you still feel up to telling me what those strange markings across your body mean?"

"KALI do you ever remeber the surveys of the outlying villages and islands of the Mist and the ruins that they found those of Balduvian origins and the script of anima. Well those were once his lands your lands. have you ever wondered why the peoples of the countrys hate each other It is because of the mists beleif that they are mightier as they have the blessings of alexander and that that in ancient times this belif made it that they would take your lands and the mist they are scared because one day they know the balduvians will no longer stand for it and will take the lands back that is why underground organisations terrorist groups hope to keep balduvia in dissaray."
Edouard sighed
"But that is enough for now but if it is power you seek it always comes with a price but truly is any price too great for your own people"
