Lynis is a small village literally cut into the rock of Mt Lynto in the northern mountain ranges of the Mist continent. The town is fairly reclusive and outsiders are not highly welcomed except in rare cases. The townspeople are highly self sufficient living off the land around this is perhaps one of the reasons this town is so unknown, being that nothing is delivered to or from lynis from and markets and trading posts anywhere around. Many who know of Lynis beleive it has been built to protect something within the mountain. But none who have tried to find anything have ever returned. The Selkies that dwell there believe in keeping the secrets hidden from the world and would rather no outsider tried to enter the mountain, believing it is a secret place only selkies should enter and only they are worthy to know what lies within.

To all that will answer we are recruiting all willing hands to the aid of the mist continent against the on coming attack of the mackina faction army. They have come here unprovoked waging war against us and the queen and taking many good people who have fought valiantly to protect those they love and hold dear. These people bring weapons and destruction to are fair land and it seems only want to wipe us out, but as a people of strength and honour we will not let them succeed. We need able bodies, soldiers and knights to train and help the mist continent protect the people and fight for are lands. It will not be an easy task but I promise any that would come to fight by are sides they will carry are full support. We can not allow them to destroy the peace are queen has made for the mist continent. We ask for your aid in are time of need to become knights of Arvardia and take up your swords for the fight.

the boat soon left back out to sea and andreas continued on foot. it had been a while since he had been here but it was still sickingly familiar this continent. he had to admit he had never seen the strange pathway that led into the mountains before, perhaps he could take a little detour before heading to the castle.

he held out his hand and with a flick of his magic encased the spear in a layer of dirt and rock so that he could hold it thou the power still could be felt weakening him and causing discomfort. he flicked his cloak to the side and pushed onward towards the mountains keep a straight posture as he walked

Andreas passed the silkies as if they weren't even there and stood next to the one sat around the fire who stared at him angrily. he lifted his hand and as he did a stream of magic flowed from the fire into the palm of his hand turning into a swirling ball which then grew curling around his arm and body and leaping into his mouth. a grin crossed his face with sharp teeth as his eyes sparkled and became small slits.

the silkies looked on in shock and surprise and quickly moved away seeing he was a man of great power to be able to take some of the essence of the powerful magic he worshiped.

they watched him as he sat down and he andreas decided to try what they had meditating in front of the fire and he could already feel his power growing and symbols grow on his face as he did and hair growing on the side of his face like small side burns. this power was something good.

the symbols on his face glowed purple to match his hair but his eyes became the palest gray even thou he could see perfectly if not better. and he felt a true darkness fill him and take away all fear.

andreas could feel the dark power of dark tail growing side of him filling him with a unique understanding of the kitsune arts and the dark magic of the ancient priest. he felt so much stronger adsorbing the essence of this magic the selkies worshiped and they were in awe watching him, but he sensed another too.

his eyes quickly opened as he slowly stared to where he sensed the other. a girl quite young with a dark presence about her. the selkies soon turned to to see what he was staring at and leapt up when they saw her drawing there weapons. andreas merely stood there as the ran towards her shouting.

the seilkie people darted towards her leaping up the wall to the roof and casting a few spells in her direction. andreas watched on with a slight smile on his face as the people of the village attacked her and was eager to see what this girl was capable of. against the people of this village it would not be easy to defend herself.

they through there weapons towards her along with a barrage of items trying to knock her to the ground as they jumped around her.

andreas watched there girl with intrigue as she carefully dodged the seilkies running straight for him. his grin grew as he stood to his feet slowly to face her. as he stood there waiting he stared at the girls eyes he could see the twisted determination she had to face someone she knew nothing about but looked as if she was only looking for blood. he couldn't help but laugh slightly.

as the girl ran a group of the selkies made a jump to leap on top of her as she and force her to the ground with sheer numbers.

andreas smiled a grin creeping across his astute face as he stared at the girl. the blade of her katana dug deep in his neck and he found it quite amusing to watch the seilkies struggle with the decoy.

"Why should i not have. i owe you no favors. i thought you might like a more open fight rather than sneaking."

he said this mockingly as he stood there straight keeping still and relaxed. the girl below his height but able to keep her weapon at a dangerous position to his throat.

"i do wonder who you are thou, having a lust for blood is a good thing if it can be attuned to be deadly and precise. by the way you where so easily found out it is obvious to me you still have much to learn."

andreas stepped forward as she still held him and seemed to go through her weapon as his body changed to a purple vapor and he turned to face her, reaching out a strong hand to grab her throat.
