Geiroach (Guy-row-shh) Is located in the north east of the Dessert Continent. It is a large camp that is here all year round because of the Oasis which it surrounds. It is a common stop for travellers on their journeys as it is one of the only oasis large enough to sustain a whole community all year round so it not only provides water but also commerce and a place to make camp when crossing the desserts. The camp is made up of many tents including several large tents which can be used by travellers for a price of course. The price can be very steep and sometimes being so open to travellers it is not unheard of for visitors to be taken advantage of and robbed while they are there. It is also home to a few Bangaa that travel the land to increase there fighting skills.
Main areas: Oasis, Traders tents
The sandy dunes, about 6 miles away from the town had become a border line for the two continents of mist and Bedonis, a small group of knights where stationed there in fear that this might happen and suddenly with in a storm a group of blue soldiers armed with makina weapons marched unfazed by the hot air hitting there faces.
The battle was one sided and the knights lost numbers fast. But luckily the villages of Geiroach took to arms with swords and spears to help the knights of Arvardia. But even with their aid the new weapons of the makina faction where over powering. So now in the sand dunes there was a fierce battle with gun fire hitting armour and cracking skulls. But the one thing the knights had was the lack of visibility at long range. So now the battle could go to ether side

it had been a long night as a storm only now subsided in the camp as the sun rose over the sand doons of the Dessert. All the people looked at a man standing out in the storm eager about what he was doing. He then pulled a large blunt stone sword from his side and held it out pointing straight. it was a very heavy looking sword and he held it with one hand. The man had wrappings on his face covering his eye and mouth. a scar peeked out of the bandage over the covered eye. Other then that he had a long red scarf slowly flapping in the dieing storm. his one eye that could see was yellow like a star in the night sky. One of the Bangaa children called out with a cocky voice from behind the leg of his mother.
"Stop the storm beast scard slayer."
the man waited as the sand changed into a whirlpool of sand. Then from it came a Antlion red and sandy colour with large pincers coming from the side of its mouth with pointy teeth. it also had yellow eyes. The mans met the beasts eyes with no emotion at first then it struck like a storm as anger flooded his stare. He ran at the antlion dragging his sword in the sand and making a spiral spin at its head. The antlion was struck back like it was being punched. but it didn’t lay down and die as it struck back with a slash of its claw tanged on the stone blade sending the man back. He recovered with a spin landing on his feet, but his attack didn’t hurt the antlion badly, but caused slow on it and its movements were delayed. The man then slotted his stone blade back onto his belt and flipped into the air pulling from his back a slim broad sword with markings down the blade. he lifted his hand to his mouth as he fell down at the antlion, he had gloves on but they had no fingers on them. his hand that held the sword had wrappings around the fingers but the hand at his jaw didn't. He bit the thumb of the hand at his mouth and with lighting speed writ a kaji onto the blade symbolising water.
"Liquid steel!"

He shouted through the wrappings now around his mouth. The blade came down and made a considerable amount of water damage onto the antlino. it cried out in pain and began to sink into the sand.
"grarrrrr!"
But the man wouldn’t let the monster escape. he did a mighty swing as he rubbed the blood from his blade and writ another symbol onto the blade.
"Spark spitter!"
The blade had sparks cracking from the metal as it sliced through the antlinos head sending it into a doon on fire."
Katrea sucked his thumb to get the blood off it as he walk away from the carcass in the sand. The storm went calm and he headed back to the towns people as they gave a cheer. But the man named Katrea was not amused by the chants. Not his name only the name.
"Scard slayer!! Scard slayer!!"

katrea walked up to the village head an elderly man with a dark brown beard wearing a loose fitting robe. He then spoke to him placing the bandages back over his mouth.
"i will only ask for a weeks supply of food i know your short on money lately."
"That’s fine, why not stay the day and give your body a rest from your travels."
No, i can't. i need to keep ... moving"
Katrea looked at the people, there looks on there faces varied the young excited and the elderly scared that he could kill such a monster. it was not a powerful beast but still Katrea killed it with precision
"Ok, if you say so young man. That bag over there has a weeks supply in it."
Katrea looked over to the white bag that had belts around the top and the bottom Katrea lifted onto his back next to his sword and began to head out to the sunrise.
"Stranger, what was your name."
Katreas yellow eye looked back and he had a happy looking expression. it was the young boy that cheered him on.
"Call me what ever you like"
He turned and headed over the doon
"Bye scard slayer from the east"
Katrea tried not to look back and he pulled the bag up a bit and he wiped some sweat from his brow.

Katrea looked ahead into the dunes of the wastelands that he walked in not really going anywhere but just wanting to find something to battle with again. That’s all Katrea really did these days but it made him happy to fight like he was doing something important. His past had become jaded and obscure in the path he now walked.
"Where are you going?"
He said to himself, as the hot wind court his face.

Katrea came to the out post of kookal after a long hike to get there the sun had started to take a toll on his body. he could really use a bath but in the dessert it was unlikely that he find anywhere that could give him that so he would ask. he stepped into the market only to be approached by some one trying to sell him herbs.
"Finest in all the dessert herbs and beans sir."
"I am not interested."
katrea replied as he walked through the busy market. he was going to the port to try and get a ride to mist, over the years he has been everywhere training his body and skills. but he felt the need to go back to mist to train more.
"scard one "
A old women’s voice ranted in katreas ear and he snapped back.
"What did you call me?"
"Don’t worry young man, i only wish to tell you of your path."
It was a gypsy like woman in purple clothes and a Vail over her face. She held a glass ball in her hands and stroked her wrinkled hand over the smooth glass orb.
"I’m sorry, I don't have money to offer fortune tellers."
"Don’t worry; it will only cost you some of what’s left of your weeks supplies the villagers gave you"
Shocked of her knowledge about what was in the white bag Katrea became interested in what she had to say. he pulled from his bag some water and bread and gave it to the woman, she grasped it in her hands and bit at it.
"Enjoy"
Katrea went to walk away but the elderly lady grabbed at his leg
"i wasn't lying when i said i could tell you about your past or the path ahead"
"i don't think you could tell me anything of my past, at least anything i don't already know."
"Oh, is that what you think. ill tell you this, the doctor you fought you killed revenging your dead woman friend still lives."
Katreas eye looked angrily as she spoke the words.
"If you lie to me, ill kill you"
"I am not. Seek him out, it is where your path leads."
Katrea ran to the dock he would go to mist then seek out the professor from the land he lived at as a child. He didn't know why but he knew the woman’s words to be true.

Artemus stumbled towards a tent, with his increasingly blurry vision he couldn't make out what it said but the increasing stench of booze led him to believe he had made it to some sort of bar.
Throwing himself down onto a chair, he felt it shake beneath him, almost breaking. Art knew he should get some water as the alcohol would just de-hydrate him further, sighing he ordered a half pint of water and a large bottle of scotch. Instinctively he threw most of the scotch down his throat and seconds later brought himself and the table down with him to the floor.

Art woke up to a splash on his face, a young women stood above him with a canister of water. The gunslinger must've looked so pathetic as he lay there still grasping the half empty bottle of whisky as he was subsiding to lack of water.
She threw the canister down to Art and walked off emotionlessly. Art thought nothing of it and got up, guzzling the canister down and then putting it in his back pocket and perching the bottle of scotch back up to his lips. Eyeing the woman as she walked away, Art assumed he'd better leave her alone. He could only guess how long he'd been out of it for. Hell, they'd even managed to throw Art out of the tent without so much as trying to wake him up and offer aid.
The woman that scowled at the gunslinger was the first person in a long time to do anything remotely kind for Art. Taking another swig of his drink he began walking off into the desert again. Art was sick of the desert continent, he hadn't been to mist for a while and decided to begin heading west.

Katrea got to the shore where there was two boat at port one was a small fisher boat the other was a larger one. Katrea looked at the two of them and then his money, he thought he would ask the bigger boat as it looked safer. A big guy looked down at Katrea with hair all over his body and a pipe in his mouth.
"Hi there, could you take me to mist for 500gil?"
"Hah, we can make more than that in one hall of are net. Why would we go out of are way to mist for 500gil"
Katrea was a bit irritated by the answer and thought he would have to go to another town. Then as he turned to a smaller Bangaa with a bandage around one eye and rope up his left arm, he then said.
"Ill take you to mist for that."
The boat was small and looked like it could sink but Katrea took this as a sign and nodded.
"Thanks, ill take that offer."
Katrea walked to the boat slowly.
"To mist then"
The man shouted with enthusiasm.

Art heard the words to mist then echo in the back of his head. In his drunken state he shouted back "I already know i want to go to mist, you tell me twice, thrice it doesn't matter."
Colapsing on the ground in exhaustion he reached for the canister the kind girl had given him....he'd forgotten to refill the damn thing. Turning onto his back he started shouting "Oh kind girl, please give me another drink of that delicious water, I'm spent again!" Half expecting a reply in this desert he rolled onto his front and began crawling away.
After a couple of metres he got back up and looked around with confused eyes. He could smell water, and it wasn't too far away either!. He began running towards the sea and threw himself in with an almighty splash. "So refreshing he said quietly" Filling up his canister with the salty water he walked to the shore and noticed the docks. Looking back he tried to work out how far he'd travelled, it seemed a little odd to have some docks in the middle of nowhere. It was then he realised he hadn't travelled any distance at all (But I'm sure i started travelling west) he thought to himself. Pulling out his compass he tried to understand what had gone wrong and why he was on the east side of the trading camp. I guess fate wants me to go by boat then he said whilst shrugging.

Katrea looked over to a crazed man jumping into the sea water and he started to stager this way almost falling as he walked. Katrea through his bag onto the fishing boat as he looked at the clearly intoxicated man.
"How sad, drowning in beer then walking into the dessert to die."
The fisherman nodded "but one could say its crazy to leave him like this."
Katrea sighed at the guilt trip the man had pushed on him and walked to the drunk man and shouted as he headed this way.
"Hey there! Are you ok, DO you need any help?"
Katrea didn’t want him to get all crazy on him so he kept his distance to the drunken guy. Katrea stood with the tided hitting his shoes. The sun was high overhead and the man might die if he stayed without any water.

That scent... As he sat atop the ledge of a small house overlooking the docks, Tonnek had time to reflect upon the events of the previous week. The destruction of the dark knights... His flight from Endairon... The boat ride and it's superstitious crew... The scent of blood as he slaughtered every last one of the crewmen...
The fools had thought to destroy him when they found out he was a dark knight that bore the mark of the Cursed Ones. They had come in like a swarm of angry flies, boathooks and nets at the ready... ...and like flies they had fallen, crimson sprays of blood staining the mast and the deck, only to be washed away by the driving rains, the roar of the ocean drowning out the screams of the dying. The ones that had time to scream were the lucky ones.
But what drew him to this particular part of the docks was the scent of potent blood, a tracking method of the dark knights, the scent of blood that only a warrior of a certain ability can possess. If his sources were correct then he and this warrior would have much to discuss, he had information locked away in his head that Tonnek must possess if his plan were to come to fruition.
His eyes were drawn to the group of figures at the edge of the dock, one making a large commotion amidst the sea, another cutting an imposing figure against the sun. Tonnek held the piece of ragged red cloth to his nose and checked the scent again " It would appear that you are easier to track than I had first thought, how fortunate for me" he whispered to himself. Tonnek dropped from the house's ledge and began to advance the 200 meters towards the docks, it appeared his prey was preparing to leave, so he quickened his pace as the docks came into view. He now stood a mere 10 meters from the warrior with one eye and decided to stop concealing his prescence as he took another step towards the warrior cloaked in red...

"Help you say....are you pitying me.? Maybe i should be pitying you, hell at least i have depth perception."
Art bore a serious face all of a sudden, shaking off the alcohol that numbed his mind he glanced over to the mysterious character that approached him and the cyclops. Art tried to make it painfully obvious to the charitable new-comer that someone else was coming.
Turning back with a polite smile, Art put out his hand ready to shake the strangers "I'm Artemus by the way, but just call me Art. I believe you have a friend coming this way, he's definitely no friend of mine."

Katrea turned before thinking as the dark man walked this way. He placed his hand on the stone sword on his back and looked serious.
"Hey there"
This man was odd his eyes blue as a calm ocean but penetrating like a hawk looking at its prey. Was this man hunting Katrea like a hawk would a rabbit."
"You stare with such intensity stranger, do you want something from me."
Katrea asserted the situation and there was nowhere really to run if it called for it but there was no field disadvantage for him. The fisherman in the large boat realised a fight might start and quickly pushed off to sea. But the man with Katreas bag looked like he was more interested in the fight than scared which was good cuz he had Katreas things. katrea didn’t like this at all, the smell of blood was in the sea air and he had this drunk man he had to make sure wasn't hurt.
"Well sir. What is it you want?"

There was no doubt in his mind, this was the one he was searching for.
Taking note of the mans posture and grip on his odd-sized sword, Tonnek could tell that the man was wary of him, the calculating stare of his one yellow eye picking out the details of his dark clothing, lingering for a moment on the bandaged arm and the hilt of the sword at his belt.
Tonnek proceeded to pace around the warrior, taking note of the drunk who hadn't quite managed to conceal his alert stare, 'Interesting that I could get this close and the drunk was the first to notice my presence' he thought to himself, then returned his focus to the warrior in red.
Staring intently at the swordsman, he produced the tattered strip of red cloth from his cloak and held it up for the man to see. "Greetings Katrea Descythe, to answer your question: Yes, there is something I want from you. Information to be precise, about a very unique item indeed". Having said this, Tonnek stopped circling and glanced at the warrior from behind his long hair as the coastal winds picked up, whipping it around him as if it possessed an electrical charge. Over the howl of the wind Tonnek asked: "What can you tell me of the events that ravaged Arvardia castle one year ago? Specifically pertaining to a certain orb of power?" A cold smile appeared on his face as he finished this sentence, eagerly awaiting the reply of the stern-faced warrior.
