A tower about one half of the size of Heian Tower. It is used as a look out, as well as a fire works launch base. It is more commonly used to see the tops of trees

Ganbo arrived at the firing spot, with a bundle of fireworks, that looked like Koshihiro "Alright, now look who's late"

Genji smiled at Ryu and shuved some fireworks at him "It's in about five minutes. Looks like you get to help" ^^ He pulled a bunch into his arms and lined them up along the side of the hill, along with Ganbo

Appears a few meters away from ganbo. Wearing a long silky black robe, hood over his head. And the robe was partially opened, showing his regular, makeshift ANBU uniform. Pulls back the hood.
"Hey everyone. So what exacly is going on right now"

Picks up some of the remaining fireworks up and follows Genji, Ganbo and Ryu with a smile on her face.

So this is how the festival starts? Are there going to be parties and stuff. And im guessing alot of food
