Its by Hakase Mizuki and published byTokyopop.
Its so good. This girl finds him in the street and helps him, he later says that he will grant her one wish and she says she wants him to stay with her forever. They eventually end up falling in love but it gets more involved. But it has fighting, blood, comedy, drama/ romance. Its just awesome.
