Discuss: parts of the storyline, the dungeons, the bosses (and fighting strategies), character development throughout the game, etc...

I personally tend to whizz through the first part of the game, from the beginning (obviously) to where the space station is erected after defeating Zio. Things then tend to slow down for me a little bit.

For some unknown reason, I can always remember the routes to take in the dungeons...apart from the Garuberk Tower. I was intrigued by some of the more difficult bosses, as they posed a challenge. I knew, that if I was not a high enough level, it was something to work on. I never liked been too high a level when fighting a tough boss. Challenges are more my thing, otherwise it's pointless, in my own opinion.

For me i like to get the first little part done, Zio and stuff just like you said... I like to get my characters to a fairly simple point, where the current dungeon im in, is rather hard and challenging for me. It adds a simple amount of difficulty to it.

the only part i can really comment on were the bosses of the game.
Zio acually took me forever to defeat, mainly because i didnt know the psycho wand was used to kill the barrier he used in the fight with him... after that everything was ok untill the 1st dark force, on the satelite right after u get wren in ur team. He always totaly destroyed me, with his burstrocket phonon type attack, in fact one time i beat him with Wren, because of his recover spell that heals him, every turn it was attack then heal, acually most of the time it was just healing time after time and it was rediculous, but i won eventually. the 2nd dark force i ddint have nearly as much trouble with, so it wasnt that hard... the air castle to me was one of the biggest pains ever. i got lost so many times, i couldnt tell ya lol... then whats his name lashiec at the bottom, he didnt go down so easy either. the final dark force, when Seth changes into him, was easy as could be... i discovered chaz and runes grandcross spell at that battle, and reallized that it does 500 + damage, which i beleive to REALLY hurt... then the profound darkness.... everyone i know says u gotta be atleast like, level 45 and up to even stand a chance... ive beaten him at 36, without the healing king raja on my team (dont like him much)

Ippo did the music for III and half the music for IV, Gaki Chan did the other half of the music from IV, Bo did II's music, and I have no idea who did I's. (Ippo also did the music for the Genesis Sonic the Hedgehog games.)

In addition to that...
Favourite PSIV tracks:
* Air Castle/Ladea Tower.
* Take off Landeel.
* King of Terrors.
* Laughter.
* Organic Beat.
And not forgetting...
Ooze!

Blast that piece of music is good when it gets started.

Yeah, Rykros was rather...quick and rather under-developed.
