Behind Evil Eyes Introduction
The Pride Lands. A peaceful place where lions of a new species roam, happy and content with one another. Some lions head off and create their own Prides within the Pride Lands, other stay with their adoptive owner. Its as if they were in their own little world.
Ever wonder what would happen if someone destroyed all that? Stepped in their lives unwelcomed, unwanted, feared. What if this someone was none other than a lion, a lion that has been living under their noses the whole time? Ever wonder what will happen....when darkness falls... Here you will find the people behind the whole project. That includes the brain that thought up this idea, colorists, artists, and writers. Take a look and maybe give them a pat on the back, this is a lot of fun!
Title....Name....Description
Creator....Moonlit Monkey: It was a random idea that came to his head. He jumped into the thread one day and said "OMG I just had the greatest idea ever!" He stated it, and it went further then expected.
Thread Creator....Kaoru-san305: Monkey needed someone to record the information and ideas people were having throughout the Pride Land's Thread. She likes to create things, so she voulenteered.
Advisors....Angel Yuna Chan, Ushiyasha, and Moonlit Monkey: Angel had her own idea with elemental cubs, that may possibly become a part of this event. Ushi is the creator of the Pride Lands and this was Monkey's idea, so he should be directing it as well. Mister Muffin Man also is going to help with the coordination and such
Special Thanks: Hana talked to Monkey on AIM and suggested a lot of things for this, so thank you Hana!!
Banners....Kaoru-san305: She looves doing anything that has to do with drawing and photoshop coloring. It might be a bit overboard, but it gave the thread some color.
Artists....None Specified: We have had a volunteer, but everything still needs to be approved by Ushi and Angel.
Writers....None Specified: No writers yet, but we will need some for the background story.

This is where the story will go. It will be about the event and what exactly will happen, who will be involved and so fourth.
Weather the story will be a writing event is not up to me, we shall play this by year and see what happens. I think a contest to write the story is a good idea however.

 Anyone who thinks of ideas involving Pride Land's Lions, hyenas, Prides, etc, will go here. For example the Evil King, he shall be recorded in this post. It helps to keep things organized.Lions, Lionesses, and Cubs Recorded here will be any lions that are mentioned and/or should take place in this event.

 Below are quoted suggestions, ideas, plots, etc. These are important and if I happend to miss something of yours please let me know. I will continue to post suggestions up here from the Pride Land's Thread and this thread. General Ideas, Plots, and Suggestions Recorded here will be anything that has to do with the story line, or what will/should happen etc. Moonlit Monkey Well what Hana and I are talking about is the leader of the badass lions is the Demonic Elder (to oppose the Angelic Elder that passed away in Yuna's event in the guild. Since the Angelic Elder passed away, there's no one to stop the Demonic Elder from comming back or escaping from wherever he was punished to... And he'd have some special mind powers to make other lions (with their player's premission of course...) evil until he's brought down. It's a work in progress... If anyone wants to get in on the progress, add me to aim and i'll open up a group chat thing Moonlit Monkey Yeah, they wouldn't get killed... There could be unnamed lions that get killed. But this means that there'll be a huge call for shamans... And and... Goodness I'm getting in over my head. YES I LOVE IT! Mister Muffin Man *Growls at Monkey* you could have asked me to read back, not told me to do it. Its an interesting idea, But it wouldnt be an instant thing, alot of colorists are busy doing things, and this would be a sort of event. Plus alot of people are starting school, or college....so many like a mid winter pick me up....alot of thought would have to go into it, and most likely a personal la de da with a colorist who has the time to help plot it out...*Me* Moonlit Monkey Someone already said she'd do all the lineart and coloring work. I know that it'd take a lot of thought, I'm not completly daft. It's just an idea. If it'd be too much trouble this place might as well stay... Pleasant. I wasn't telling, I was suggesting. DarkHeartedSorrows aye Angel would have to give the okay.. but if she did... how would the king get defeated?!?! a new angelic lion born to take the place of the elder.. or the elders spirit reborn in cub form?? (thats would make for quite the interesting story..) Tudora Maybe it could be some sort of magic of the bond all the lions fighting against him have or something... though that might be a little too cheesy. Perhaps he could be tricked, and even end up messing up his own powers, making him much easier for the other lions to defeat. Or maybe he teaches some of his secrets to an apprentice, and the apprentice turns out to really be on the "good-guys" side, and betrays the evil king, then wanders off into the desert, never to be seen again... (Or at least not untill he is needed once more...) HanaKirei We've already have powerful lions being reborn, though (the elementals themselves, right?). Maybe we could take a different approach? Maybe the elder's spirit comes back and blesses an existing lion with his powers temporarily, like... long enough to take out the big baddie. Then in the end, they're both back to just being normal lions. DarkHeartedSorrows yush I like Tudora's apprentice idea. oooh! but.. what if a female who was formally under his rule got the power to defeat him, and then they both lost their powers in the end (like hana's idea, but with a liiiiittle bit of a twist)? Tudora The elder's spirit could also work. Though, the lion that got blessed might brag a lot afterwards about how they defeating the evil king A certain lion comes to mind XD or they'd just be kinda depressed, becease they know they will never be able to do something that great again. And it'd be pretty hard to decide which lion would be "the chosen one"... It'd probably have to be decided by some sort of RP contest. I also like the female idea... She seems like she'd be a fun character to RP, since she'd probably be one of the more dynamic characters in the storyline. (Or... what if the one who defeats the king isn't a lion? What if it's a hyena, or even...a familiar? eek It'd be pretty interesting to have a powerful, evil lion defeated by a tiny little mouse. xd )  Suggested Lions Below are some ideas for lions. What their role is, what they should look like, where they should be, etc. Kaoru-san305 *voulenteers to draw and color the evil king from the evil pride* XD HanaKirei Instead of making a new King... Ushi has Scar, but she was eventually going to get him an RP handler, wasn't she? Not 100% sure on that, but if so, he'd fit the bill pretty well, wouldn't he? Moonlit Monkey Yeah the evil king would need to be an individual and reallllly seriously bad-a** looking. Myanai I think Phoebe's Shetan is a real badass, but it'd need her aprooval X3... Kelevra would be an awesome baddie girl, though Kaoru-san305 For the Evil King...we should plot a name soon...like Kujo or somthing LOL.
Anyway, I'm just using the Adult male lineart and certing him right...like he was owned by someone? Or am a drawing a special picture like this (basically nothing to do with certing or the regular lineart...a picture in its own):

That is the onyl thing I am confused about. It makes sense to draw..er..color him like a regular lion that was being owned. But its your idea, up to you. In the contest they can decide what the lion'll look like (colors and edits) and personality and a background that can be considered. But if it's a contest then only people who have seriously thought about it and we can integrate their background idea into our own if they have any really good ideas. But the lion won't be introduced until we have everything else down. When the death count arises, it can be NPC lions.  Extra Below is sort of, off to the side stuff. Maybe considering it later on or putting the discussion. I'll do all the coloring, drawing and edits if you want me too XD. I looove doing lineart edits. Tudora And I'm usually around too, I just have been lurking a lot instead of posting. I'd be able to help if this thing happens. (I have a lot of the adult stages for the normal lions from the anniversary already colored, so pretty soon I'll be completely caught up with all that I need to color.) Tudora I also think it would be good if there was some sort of plot eventually involving the hyenas, since they haven't really gotten very much attention... Maybe not this plot, but one in the future. Tudora There are some pretty cool things that could be done with this event... Would Rev have to time to do something like making the king? @ Monkey : If you want I can go back and look for the posts made about it so all the info can be in one place, in a brainstorming thread or something. And for him to be the opposite to the angelic elder, Yuna would have to give her okay on it, since she might not want him to be. It might interfere with the way she wants things for her dream-inspired lions.

 There have been a few good questions going around on what should happen with the event, what the king should look like etc. So I decided to post some of the really "Got to think about" questions for further discussion.Question One by Kaoru-san305 There has been little discussion of the Pride Land's Hyenas. Well, should they be apart of this event, have some sort of role? Will they be on the "Evil King's" side or the Pride Lands Lion's side? Or maybe their own?

Have some ideas about this "Evil King" or anything else that might take part? Let us see!! Post it in the thread and I will place it up here, it will give people a general idea on things and branch off of an image as well.
Artwork: Kaoru-san305 This was done by myself, I have been plotting the evil king mwhahaha. It would be nice to do it on Pride Land lineart though, but if not that is okay. I drew him last night and colored him this morning, the flames need to be fixed a little, but it is only a rough copy so far. I have more to come ^-^
