Mine was the Skypiea arc since there was a lot of action, drama, and touching scenes. I think this, the Alabasta arc, and the Cipher Pol arc, had/has the most emotion. My conclusion is based on the manga not the anime.

well atm i'm on the skypiea arc so i'll have to judge it excluding CP9 and Water 7, I liked the Alabasta arc......but i liked the arcs that featured baroque works so whiskey peaks and alabasta

I'll stay out of this one. I only know up to Alabasta (and some later snip-its
from AMVs on YouTube.com).

i agree i loved the alabasta arc the best.. seeing all of the strawhats fight and win! especially usopp and chopper

My personal favorite is this current CP9 arc. It's so exciting and is filled with emotion, story, and some pretty cool fights. There have been many twists, plenty of new DFs and it isn't even over yet!

My favourite was the alabasta arc. It was awesome watching the crew beat up the baroque orginization, and Ace was finally introduced! blaugh

I would say the Water 7/Enies Lobby Arc, but since it isn't yet I'll wait on that one.
My fav. at the moment is the Skypiea arc, man was that a great arc.

I liked the Water 7 arc. It sucked that Ussop left, but it was touching when Luffy cried. It was also really big when they burned the nay's flag and Soge King came along(More like Ussop). I think I almost cried when Luffy was crying. crying

Alabasta or Enies Loby. Enies Loby, it had me on the verge of tears and I cried during Robin's past and Franky's as well. I am so glad Spandam got what he deserved biggrin

Skypeia arc is the best ....
I really like the flow of the story in this arc especially the story of Norland ...
