Devil May Cry 4 info from GamespotDevil May Cry 4 picture that a fellow gaian Posted on the gaming discussion boardNot much info other than it's going to be for the horrible looking Playstation 3. Dante's still using his signature pistols ebony and ivory, and red trench coat. It appears that the rebellion makes an appearance in this game which leads me to think that they're using the same director this time around. Dante has longer hair, and his knuckles look a little more wrinkled, but not too much. His hair has a stringy sephiroth FFVII:AC look, but that's just at first glance. I'm not to thrilled with the PS3 action, but perhaps the bad a** cut-scenes will be more beautiful this time around. Wait for more info during the E3 this week.

Mystic Gash What's wrong with the ps3? Well, it looks like crap to begin with, but with the Xbox 360 coming out before, I porbably wouldn't even be able to get it until a few years after the console/game came out.

the pic with dante's wrinkly nuckles makes me think that he's getting old. i never played DMC2 but did he look older there than in DMC1? and

oh what could possibly be wrong with the playstation thr-- *looks at images* oh. i see what you mean. whats with the freaky deaky controller? o.O and arent those new consoles supposed to be really expensive when they come out?

Hey I just heard, and without thinking I put up a topic on it. It turned out other people had already done it, including you Dante...Sparda. Sorry I found out to late, and thanks for removing it(seriously). I hate when there are multiple forums on one subject. Does anyone have a guess on why(in DMC4) Dante ditched the Force edge for the Rebellion? I mean wasn't the force edge more powerful. Also wasn't he wearing the clothes from DMC1 at the end of DMC3? So why is wearing the clothes from DMC3 with a black undershirt in DMC4? I'm so confused, maybe that's why they showed it, to make us think that it's going to be unexplanitory like DMC2. After all, it does resemble the teaser that was shown at the E3 before DMC2(that had nothing to do with the real game, he had a different sword, different clothes, eyes, face,etc.). Anyway, if anyone can answer my questions please do. biggrin

I think this game has to take place either after DMC1 or DMC2. At the end of 3, *SPOILERS* Dante gets the Force Edge for himself and that leads to DMC1. At the end of 1 he gives the Sparda (Full powered version of Force Edge) to Trish, which is why he doesn't use it in DMC2 and uses Rebellion instead. Since in the trailer he is again using Rebellion, I'm going to assume this game takes place after DMC1 or 2, because those are the only times it would fit into the story.
P.S. I love the new design of PS3 and the controllers. Very sexy IMO. biggrin

in my opinion Dante looks awsome...and secondly i think its gonna be a sequal to DMC2 cause..well..it left an ending with much oportunity...so yeah...
