Baratama. A unique world where magic thrives like no where else. A special world that's culture is utterly and completely focused on balance and the light spectrum. The very way they've named the hemispheres shows this -- the Sun Hemisphere, the Shadow Hemisphere -- and they even have a delicate barrier between the two: the Twilight Meridian...

Baratama. The world's native race were lost long ago to the Heartless. The planet itself had been barely saved in time by two Keybearers and their friends. One Keybearer looked at the empty, desolate planet with sad eyes. She consulted with her fellow, and he agreed that something needed to be done about the planet. Together, with the power of the Keyblades, they tied dimensional paths to the world in hopes that some day, someone would find it... It took centuries before it had repopulated.
"Tied to the darkness."
Baratama. If it was destroyed, there would be no link between the dimensions. At least, that was the theory. No one knew what would happen. And, honestly, no one wanted to think about it. To prevent its fall to the Heartless, several army factions were created. The Angel Brigade, the Shadow Corps, the Midnight Order grew to be the largest organizations. Each hemisphere adopted them as their own respective armies. For centuries, they've defended the world to the best of their ability. However, the Keybearers have been failing to defeat the darkness during that same time period. With little to hold it back, the darkness has grown stronger, and stronger, and stronger...
"There is no coincidence."
Fate has not ignored the plight of the universe. Many roads it has intertwined. Many lives it has destined to meet, to clash, to fight. So many different histories, so many different personalities, so many different dreams. Together, they will all change the fate of the universe.

Destiny has begun to shuffle its deck of possibilities. She has begun to deal the players their hands. Fate only knows what cards are being laid down. The chips have been divided evenly. It's time to ante up. The game is ready. Are the players?

KH~CD is a Kingdom Hearts role-playing guild. The setting in which all this takes place is an Alternate Universe -- where none of the original worlds or characters of the KH game(s) exist, save for Kingdom Hearts itself. (Hollow Bastion? Doesn't exist. Destiny Islands? Don't exist. Twilight Town, Traverse Town? Don't exist. Halloween Town? Doesn't exist. Get the picture? This goes for the characters too -- Riku, Sora, Leon, Axel, Roxas, Namin�... DON'T EXIST. As such, you can't have any sort of relations to the characters, or be from or have ties to any of the worlds.)
Keybearers are chosen by the guild crew. All character profiles are reviewed! The little profile below is just a quick snippet; the full profile is much larger and more in-depth.
