Who: Rikku & Naruto (please PM Either Moochi or Trelweny if interested in posting.)
What: Rikku showing her new machina to Naruto... and... wink
When: Late Afternoon, Early evening in August 2006, just after this in shop.
Where: Starting at shop, going to "their" pond. Then who knows.Rikku tugged Naruto after her, taking his silence as meaning he would rather not introduce her to Morgana's boyfriend today. That was fine with her. Not only would she rather meet Morgana officially first, but she was eager to show her best friend what she had been working on. It had taken longer to finish the last bits than the Al Bhed had originally thought. Myranda had gotten quite cross with her when she asked for subtle modifications to the needed parts. Then the programming took up a whole day... A whole day she could not be with Naruto. That had been horrible.
But now it was done. "Wait 'til you see it, Ruto!" I hid it! I want you to be the first to see it! I didn't even let Mirage or Gunter help me with it!"
Already her body was tingling with anticipation. Rikku brought their clasped hands to her breast. "Oh, I hope you like it, Naruto."

Naruto gladly lets Rikku drag him out of the shop and outside, heading in the direction of the pond. He has a big smile on his face, his early conversation with Gojyo forgotten for now. He wags his tail about in anticipation, eager to see what Rikku had created! "I am sure it will be great Rikku!!! I can't wait to see it!!" he says proudly, adjusting his headband again.

Rikku rubs the back of his hand as they reach the clear spot by the lake. "Wait right here!"
She lets go of his hand without her normal reluctance & bounces happily into the brush nearby. Soon, a low hum can be heard. Small loose dirt & leaves close to the ground are blown about in little gusts. A metallic silver nose pokes out of the underbrush, the rest of its sleek body slowly following behind it. Sitting on top -on a seat of white vinyl faux leather- Rikku beams proudly as she directs the vehicle to hover beside Naruto.
"Whatcha think? Trel called it a hover-cycle when she saw the plans." A little bit of her smile dimmed as she waited anxiously for the shinobi's response.

Naruto nods and waits for Rikku to come back from the brush with whatever she was working on. But he almost jumps when he hears the hum and is surprised when he sees dirt and leaves flying about. But his jaw drops in amazement when Rikku brings out her machina, staring at it speechless as she hovers it beside him. For a few moments, he doesn't say a word, his blue eyes wide and mouth hanging open. But finally, he responds.
"That....is so......COOL!!!!!" he shouts, soon bouncing around, looking at the hover cycle ever which way, babbling questions and throwing compliments, his speech quite fast.

Leaving the Machina to purr in idle Rikku hops off. Her face brightens with each question & compliment even as she tries to keep up with answering them all Her heart is pounding in wordless happiness that Naruto seems to like her creation so well.
She waits for the questions to slow down, then smiles at the ninja with a playful glint in her sparkling green eyes. "Wanna go for a ride?"
Activating her DressSphere the spherehunter switches to her traditional thief garments. "Easier to straddle the seat." She explains with a wink.

"A ride?! Oh yea!" he says loudly, pumping his fist. But when Rikku changes into her theif outfit, his face goes red. He had only seen her in two outfits, her Lady Luck dress sphere and her White Mage. But this was the first time he had seen her with her bikini top, very mini skirt, boots and her scarf. He idly wonders if he should take off his jacket and shirt, since she seemed to like it so much....plus he as was starting to feel incredibly hot now.

Already feeling quite exhilarated at the ninja's eagerness to ride Rikku only gets more excited seeing him blush at her change of clothing. Part of her knew she had been noticed, & reveled in the fact. The rest was simply eager for the ride. She slung a leg free of clothing constraints over the seat of the gently rumbling machina -a seat she purposefully had made certain was built for two. Rikku patted the seat behind her with a smile that bordered on 'come hither'. "Hop on up! And hold tight!"

Naruto nods, and gets ready to hop on as well, but his jacket and shirt feel incredibly hot and stuffy to him, and it might feel better with the breeze on his fur. So he quickly unzips his jacket and slips off his shirt, going over to the bushes quickly and hiding them inside so he can get them later. He then rushes back over to the hover cycle and slowly slides his behind Rikku, straddling the vehicle. He wraps his arms around her waist, pressing close to her, "Alright, I'm ready!" he whispers against her ear.

Her heart fluttered excitedly & her breathing accelerated watching Naruto ditch his upper garments. She shivered with -well, she's not sure what- as the fur of his chest presses against her fully exposed back. The thin string tying her bikini in place did not interfere with the contact enough to count. A gentle shudder moves through her feeling Naruto's voice & breath in her ear. This was even better than her dream... & they had not even taken off yet!
Taking a slow, deep breath the Al Bhed exhaled as slowly as she could muster to calm herself. Then with near-giddy excitement she leaned forward, urging the hover-cycle into the clearing before speeding off.
She stuck to the rural country side. Trel had warned her about a thing called speed limits on city roads. Zipping between trees when she had to dodge them, trying to stay in the open spaces where she is more free to let loose.

Naruto tightens his grip on her when she first starts out, feeling a little scared, not that he would ever admit it outloud. But then the thrill of riding on open air and through the forest and country side gets to him, and a huge smile plasters itself on his face and he holds Rikku tighter, leaning with her when she has to make any type of turn, his heart pounding in his chest.

Feeling his heartbeat through her back sends little whorls of electricity through Rikku & her own heartbeat seems to pound in her ears in response. She's tempted to bring a hand down to stroke the fur on the arms around her bare waist but defers to keep her hands on the machina. Instead, she accelerates into a thin woods -one she already knows has plenty of space between the trees to maneuver her sleek ride easily. She zips & dodges between them, loving how Naruto leans into her with each turn.

Naruto lets out a woop and a loud laugh as they seem to accelerate into a more open area, not having felt this excited for a long time...or did he feel like this whenever he and Rikku kissed? Pushing that question for another time, he whispers in her ear, "This is really great Rikku..." He rubs his hands against her bare stomach gently.

Her body jolts pleasantly at the unexpected sensation of Naruto's hands moving on her stomach. Fayths! Her breathing quickens even as she tries to stay focused on where she directs the machina humming between their legs. "Glad you like it!" She shouts, unable to turn around & knowing the wind will take some of the volume of her words. "I've been waiting for weeks to finish it so we could ride together!"
Slowing the machina ever so slightly, Rikku glanced back at the ninja with a smile. "Wanna give it a go?"

Naruto blinks a few times when she asks him if he wants to try driving the cycle, and he gulps, feeling a little unsure, but he nods, a small thrill building up at the thought of actually getting to control a machina like this.

Rikku smiles, pulling the hover-cycle to a purring idle in the middle of a big field. She twisted enough in his arms to kiss Naruto's nose playfully -although her body called out for much more. "First thing's first... I have to tell it you can drive."
Winking, Rikku flicked a switch over the flat panel directly in front of her. "Rujan-Lolma! Bnabyna du yllabd tnejan etahdevelydeuh!"
((Pronounced: "RAoo-jaeahn-LUoh-lumah! BAEnah-baeaenah deoo ae-lu-luah-bae-de teneay-jaeahn eay-teah-ha-deeay-fueay-luae-deeayoo-ha!" ))
Almost regretting doing so, Rikku unwound Naruto's right arm from around her waist & pressed his hand against the flat panel. The previously plain silver screen flashed in shades of blue, outlining the ninja's print. After a moment a green light flashed in the corner & the screen reverted to normal. Rikku twisted around, A pleased smile on her face. "Well? Put your hands on the handles. Accelerate by twisting the right handle. The break is the bar jutting our from the left handle."
She twisted further to speak in his ear. "Any questions... just ask."
Rikku had not intended that to come out sultry... nor did she realize it had.
