Heather is the main character in SH3. She's got a quick temper, and she likes to get mad at Claudia. xD She's sorta the reincarnation of Alessa, and is supposed to birth the God of Silent Hill, the true darkness. She finds her father dead at the hand pf Claudia..well..she sent a monster to do the killing.
