Guitar is the ultimate weapon.
I love my weapon.
So, now that we've established that we're all fellow guitarists....whats up?
I'm playing my Ovation right now, and I just dropped my pick a minute or so ago.
I hate when that happens...they just happen to get lost in the carpet or bounce to the other side of the room.
...or end up inside my pillowcase?

my favorite song to play is most likely headfirst for halos by my chemical romance.. i'm not very good, but i've only been playing for three months...

I play, I don't think I am all that good. I've been playing for about a year... But whether I rock or suck, my guitar is my baby and I love it so much. ^.^ My policy is "Don't play, don't touch" Meaning if you don't play guitar, you can't touch mine. I know, its kinda mean, but I have...trust issues. So I don't like people touching my stuff....

Aveau I play, I don't think I am all that good. I've been playing for about a year... But whether I rock or suck, my guitar is my baby and I love it so much. ^.^ My policy is "Don't play, don't touch" Meaning if you don't play guitar, you can't touch mine. I know, its kinda mean, but I have...trust issues. So I don't like people touching my stuff.... That is a good policy...altough I prefer the "If you're not me, NO GUITAR FOR YOU!' Policy. smile So what models do you all play? Right now, I'm playing an Epiphone Standard Les Paul-- Just bought it recently, and I'm in love...and my Ovation Acoustic...I'm working on getting an Epiphone Hummingbird, but I need to pay off my car first.

I dunno, I think of a guitar as more personal than drums. It's probably because I am a guitarist....but drums are fun! One of my best friends play drums...so every time I go over his house *bangs on drums all day*

i play a first act i'm had for two and a half years and a little classical (nylon) acoustic. whats the first song you play when you pick p a guitar? mine is either the newest one i'm workin on or smells like teen spirit. (only the beganing though cuz the rest was a let down.)

First songs are either Smoke on the Water (by Deep Purple) or Iron Man (Black Sabbath).
The tabs for Smoke are E---0--3--5---0---3----6--5--

I play guitar... no scrap that I TRY to play guitar. I'm not very good but meh well.
The first song I play when I pick up my guitar is Smoke On The Water... gotta love it.

HOORAY FOR AMATEUR GUITARISTS! = me.... no, i can play, i'm just not that good... I think the only songs i can play through are: Hey there delilah - plain white t's We're gona be friends (napolean dynamite theme) - white stripes and the bass lines to: Feel good inc - Gorillaz (extremely easy) and interlude so go me.. If you guys know any other easy/beginnner songs to play, plz let me know.. I really wanna keep this up! ninja
