Link to all the fanfiction sites here.
I love finding new fanfiction sites since many authours only publish their works on their own web sites and then it can be difficult to find them.
The most basic pages I use is Fanfiction.net and Mediaminer.org

You like GRAVITATION??? This site is purely for that... MAny many fics about all the georgeus Gaijin and supercute Bishounens... check out all the Gravi Fics here...

I found another good Harry Potter fanfic site. Fiction AlleyThere is even a whole list of crossover fics that the members have found as well as one for different languages and gen fics (non romantic).

Well, besides all the ones listed here, I'd personally go with: http://ladycosmos.anifics.com -> Pretty much every genre and anime is offered, if you want to post your fics, then you are by no means limited to the animes offered. I'm responsible for the addition of the Hellsing, Phantom of the Opera, and Labyrinth sections. http://www.glassesreflect.net ->this one is purely for Harry Potter yaoi. You will need to register to read the fics.

Ok.. heres some more: Portkey.org- grat place for HP fics. All Romances are H/Hr, J/L, and/or R/L I think... AND... Wormhole Crossing- place for Stargate Sg-1 and Atlantis Crossovers. It's not very big yet, but there are some good ones there.

Ficwad is one of the smaller general archives, but I'm somewhat fond of the layout; hosts original and fanfiction. Another multi-fandom and original archive is Chaos, which I'm not as familiar with.
