My recently former girlfriend broke up with me. She did this because I was trying to influence her life and I know I shouldn't. She says she regrets loving me, I still love her and at least want to be friends with her.
All her words are like knifes in my heart. I can't bear to look at the last message she sent me. I couldn't eat and could hardly sleep. sad
I sent her a message to say sorry and explain that I don't know that you should keep information away from people at times.
She has very little time on the internet (long distance relationship) but I want to show her that I am very sorry. cry
I don't know if she doesn’t love me anymore or she is just very mad, I don't know what to do or what to say. I don't want her to suffer.

You have to look on her side of things, too. I mean, as hard as it may be, you have to listen to what SHE wants, and stop hanging onto her. I mean, I know you still love her, but it may be best just to seperate yourself from her for a while, to let things cool down between you two.

So...I should deleate all my messages to her and just give her one short sorry message?

You can do whatever you want to do, about the message--but I would just make it one last one, and maybe add in that you deleted all the messages. But hn. I think it would be better if you got rid of all of them. You might be a little sad, because you cannot reflect on them later, but I think I may be one of the few that actually does that often, hehe.
