So many things seem to happen to the poor boy.

A young boy, the same age as masaya gave a knock to his fellow kendo-player's door. He was maybe alittle bit taller than masaya, hair spiked and still dresed in the kendo outfit. What the boy lacke din brains he made up for in brawn... course that was one of the reasons he lost matches so much. All brawn and no brains.
Masaya'd missed a good deal of school lately, and kendo-practice. Which was very unlike him...
So the group had made him alittle get-well basket, card signed by everyone.. some green tea and other things to help him feel better. They'd each bought something so it had amounted to quite alot...
Course if word had gotten out to the entire school there would be more than just a basket. Say.. three trucks worth. yea.
Koru shifted a bit, feleing uncomfortable bringing another GUY a gift basket. Just wasn't right. He snorted, awaiting the door to be answered.

Masaya jerked his head up from the orb and looked towards the door. Someone was here? Oh no. Who? He looked down at the egg and panicked. He scooped it up looking around frantically for a moment before he gave up and put it in the bowl on the livingroom table and walked towards the door hurriedly. If someone asked it was... was a decoration.
He opened the door a little and peeked out then blinked as he opened the door up, "Koru?" He asked then gave a bit of a smile, "Umm. Hi." Ok this would involve a lot of creative story telling wouldn't it?
He stepped back, "Ahh. Please come in."

"Hey!" the boy grinned, stepping on into the house. "Heres the lame gift basket everyone put together." he held it out "We all signed the card and I got you the movie. S'better than that herbal crap, right?" he gave a light chuckle trying to rid the awkwardness he was feeling.
"So what did you catch? Flu?"

Masaya looked at the basket and gave a bit of a smile, people like the ones that had put this all together were the reason why he fought so hard again Deep Blue, against what he wanted to do to the planet. He looked up at Koru and gave him a patented Masaya smile, "This was really nice of everyone. And it was not a flu just a series of mirgraines. I figured it would be best for me to stay home and rest then go to school and risk passing out. I don't want for anyone to have to worry about me." He explained as he walked over to set the basket down on the dining room table.
He dug through the basket curiously and took out the box of tea. He gave another smile, "Would you like some?" He asked Koru, "Or anything else. I have a variety of things in the fridge your welcome too. Least I can do since you were so kind as to deliver the basket to me. Must have had to go out of your way."

He smiled a bit, yep.. that was masaya. S'why everyone liked him. He was really kind, and not to mention he kicked a** in the kendo club! The main reson why Koru looked up to him.
His eyes locked on the red and black object on the table "Whoa!" he exclaimed moving over to get a closer look "Thats so cool! Where'd you get it? Internet prolly." he gave it a poke, only grinning more at its gooey slimeyness.
"Naw m' cool." he blinked, suddenlly remembering he'd been asked something "It wasn't too far outa the way. Besides I get to see the famos Masaya Aoyoma's house!" Course he'd been hoping to find something like a house turned into a gym... so he was a bit confused to find it was nothing of the sort.

Masaya gave a bit of a flush as he set the tea pot on the stove to heat the water for himself, "Its nothing much to celebrate about seeing but its home." He said walking over to Koru and looked at the orb mind racing, "Ahh. Yeah. Its..." He tilted his head, thinkthinkthink, "I bought it because the proceeds went to help save the tigers. Something going on a while ago. Hence the stripes on it." He told him. Good save Masaya, very good.

Normally most people wouldn't have really bought that, or atleast asked what it was. "Ohh Cool." he grinned, kneeling down next to it to stare some more. Slimey, red and black, it was all so very guy-like. Therefore... it naturally attracted his attention.
Luckally for Masaya Koru was a complete idiot. =3
"Anyways... You seem to be feeling well now, think You'll be coming back to school anytime soon?"

"Yeah. I was thinking about going back tomorrow actually. I'm feeling pretty good and very ready to resume normal activities." He told him happily, with Deep Blue all but gone it seemed as if he would be able to return to his life as it was before. For that he was quite grateful, "I'm sorry that I worried everyone."
That was the last thing he wanted to do, he had wanted to be able to protect them, from him.

"Ah, good. I've been getting better! So watch out." he threatened teasingly. He sat himself down looking up "Ichigo's been asking bout you, and her friends too. Said she seems kinda depresed." he shrugged, forgetting that this might actually be a serious matter "And something bout asking you to call her..."

"Ah... yeah. Might have to do that. Haven't been in the socializing mood. Figured rest was best." He told him as he sat down on the couch looking the orb then over at Koru and smiled, "Really? We will have to have a match next time we have practice. I would like to see how much you have improved since I've been gone." Trying to get him to talk about something other then Ichigo. He was staying away from her for her own good. Best that they stay away from each other if she would be safer that way right?

The poor boy choked a bit.. Yea, he'd be ready to fight masaya... If he could go in onea those things like on that anime Dragon Ball Z...
"Yea... A match..." he muttered half heartedly, thinking about the last time he fought masaya.
His ego quickly morphed his fear into bragging. "This time I'll last the half the match!" wait, didn't that make him sound worse? Oh well. He couldn't see that. Ignorence is bliss, yo.

Masaya laughed, "I'm sure that you will." He said, "If not beat me outright. I'm a bit out of practice and with out getting better." He got up to his feet as he heard the tea kettle whistle alerting him that the water inside was ready. He got down a cup and put a bag of tea in it before pouring the water over it. He then returned to sit with Koru again.
"Aside from Kendo how is school? Did I miss any tests?" He asked. He would have so much make up work that he was going to end up being unable to go anywhere for the next few days aside from school, kendo, and home. He was sure of it.

He could only hope right "Ehh.. but theres no honor in fighting a sick man." he frowned, watching him leave.
"Well, probably. But eh.. I have so many makeup tests I've lost track of whats normal and whats not..." he hung his head in shame, how could masaya be both the smartest and most athletic boy in their school?
"I've got all of my tests if you can tell.." he pulled his backpack over, pulling out a mass of unorganized papers, red marks visible all over them.

He nodded and took them, "Thanks. Lets see what we were tested in." He murmured looking through the papers and found himself unconsciously organizing them for Koru, "Doesn't look like to many tests so I should be ok at least in that aspect of things." He murmured to himself.
He looked over at his friend and smiled again, "Thank you."
