1. It is a celebration for the end of our schooling life. We only get one.
2. I borrowed my suit from my dad so I didn't have to buy/hire one because they are that expensive.
3. Half the girls made their own dresses, and most of my friends worked overtime so they could their dresses themselves. Granted there were going to be some kids with rich parents, who organised it for them, but how is that my fault?
4. It's common knowledge about my friends not kissing. Rhys and Ali (the MCs) were having a joke and Max and Crissy laughed harder than the rest of us. It wasn't a personal attack like you are making it out to be. I was just explaining why the joke amused us, not making fun of them. Did you even watch the clip?
5. "You really know how to make me angry." Yeah, 'cause I'm the kind of guy that finds out about people's pet hates and then goes to the extent of acting them out in real life and then posting about it just to piss that one person off. Yeah, I'm THAT much of a jerk. Get over yourself. If I had any idea I'd get that sort of reaction, I wouldn't have posted. Sheesh. I just wanted to share a fun night with other people.
6. I never said anything about being cool if you're ******** every other night. I hate that mind set. I don't fit into that steriotype. I've never had a girlfriend, so it's not like I could fit into that even if I want to. No random hooking up at parties, nothing. Single as can be. Thanks for bringing it up. I 'went' to the formal with that girl because we are in the same shitty place relationshipwise, we are really close friends and we didn't want to go without a partner.

I don't know what is going on in your life or what people have done to you, but YOU DON'T ******** KNOW ME! You have no right to talk to me that way. CHILL THE ******** OUT!

Aw xd Proms/formals are cute. My high school didn't have one, because our graduating class of 9 people didn't care enough to organize the whole thing ourselves, and it's just not as fun if it's that small. I did go in 11th grade with a girlfriend though, to the one at her school. I'm glad that one wasn't full of rich kids who could buy $800 dresses though, it wouldn't have been the night of dancing, drinking "non" alcoholic drinks and throwing crepe paper decorations around that it was.

I'm sorry I was such an arse. I misunderstood the circumstance completely and had a really high fever. You said "prom" and where I come from, proms are for the socially elite and it's always hit a nerver with me. In my town it's like THE night where everyone spends their parents' retirement savings on their dress and goes to the salon to get a several hundred dollar hairdo and then they get limos and talk about who's going to get a room with who later and they all get drunk and drive and usually kill somebody I care about. In fact, I wrote this a while back about how I feel about prom: (clicky- it's the second big paragraph and it has pretty pictures).

I'm sorry I misunderstood. There's a bit of a culture gap here that confused me. I guess "formals" in Aussieland are very different from "proms" here in the United States of Gluttons.
