It seems like every time I come up with a great title I can think of a wonderful summary to go with it but then the story usually comes out terribly or I don't want to write it anymore.
But when I write a great story I can't think of a decent title or summary for it.
But storywriting in itself is fun anyways so I guess you can't argue with that xD Have any of you guys experienced something similar? :3

I can never come up with titles... I'm making a webcomic (perhaps story-form after) that's a comedy/fantasy/romance. Summary...
"Airi Yamada wished she was just a normal student, but she has a terrible secret; she's really an elf stuck in the human world! To make matters worse, her magic isn't strong enough to hold back her natural hair color and ears, so whenever she gets very emotional, they go back to elf-state! Other than that, she goes to a normal high school, likes the most popular guy at school, and has a part-time job. But when her crush asks her out on a date, will her secret get out?"
It doesn't sound very good sweatdrop But it's better than it sounds, I think. A strange love-triangle shows up, her past bothers her, and other unexpected events happen... Anyways, the title I came up with was "Skywell". The meaning? Well, the story phrase/secondary title is "Write your story with the ink of the sky...", relating to the fact that it's Airi's story, and how she (somehow) overcomes the odd circumstances and ends up happy.
But that's about the only title I've ever come up with that I like. But titles don't usually bother me too much.

I come up with titles that don't really have meaning until I give it meaning. Bellator is the most defining book for the Universe my stories take place in, so I later name the Universe Bellator. Make sense?

I have found it extremely difficult to come up with titles... I've come up with one title, technically two but I hate the second one, during my whole writing experience. I can, however, normally come up with a good summary if I know whats going on in my head. Still, title finding is very difficult.
And, by the way, does a love triangle have three lines like a triangle and three points, or two lines and three points? Is it like a three pointed line, or an actual triangle? I've never known.

It should be called a love angle. Three points, two lines. Other wise there would be a lot of gay love problems in the triangle.

*thinks that over* Yeah... 'Cause that would mean the two love rivals secretly loved each other.
Dang. That would get confusing. o__o

Dude... I should have an actual love triangle in one of my stories. That would be so awesome. =D
Hm. Just curious. It's a love three pointed line.

Make it a more interestign shape. Like... A love pentagon. With an x through it.
And now I'm going to lie awake tonight and try to think of how that would work. XD

How big is a pentagon, exactly? What, five sides, right? Hmm. An 'x' through it... I see. Interesting. That could work, I guess. I'm gonna think about it.

XD That would make an interesting contest, come to think of it. Not all the lines would mean love, persay, but you could give character relations and then let someone write a story based on those relations.

Scarily, I think I've seen a love octagon before. o__O But I think it was more of a there was a person who happened to be a very popular person to crush on. I didn't actually read this. The summary was quite enough.
And yes, a pentagon is five sides.
