Description coming soon!
Shuji sat on a chair, looking around his house. His parents had left him a note saying that they were on their way to the market. Sighing, he grabbed himself some instant ramen, and cooked it up. As Shuji added some seasonings, he thought about the fact that he was a new Genin. It was going to be so awesome getting to train, and with any luck, he'd get to train with a Jounin and perhaps try out for the rank of Chunin.

As Shuji sat down to eat, he thought about Aki-sensei, and Kyo-sensei. They seemed like nice people, but he wasn't sure if they thought very much of him. He hadn't really gotten the chance to perform in front of them yet. They might have thought that he was just another talentless whelp that would never go anywhere in the village. He quickly pushed the thought from his mind, and ate some of the ramen. It wasn't very good, but then again, what should he have expected from instant ramen?
Well...I guess it could be worse. I could still be an academy student, or worse, I could have not been allowed to even join the academy. That would have really sucked. Thankfully, I made it, and now I'm a genin. Now I just need to hone my skills and get a good teacher. Then everything will be fantastic.

Shuji finished his ramen, and then walked around, clearing some space into his bedroom. It was time for him to do some training. As he pushed his bed around, he decided how his training regiment was going to go. First he would do some push-ups, and then he'd do some squats. When he was done pushing the bed around, he got down on the ground, and started to do some one-handed push-ups. "One...two...three," he counted as he started to train.

"Fifty-one...fifty-two...fifty-three," Shuji counted, still doing the push-ups and trying to get stronger. His muscles were starting to get sore, but he wasn't going to stop until he hit two-hundred push-ups. He was going to develop himself as much as he could so he could have a good amount of chakra to use in battle and other such things like that. "Almost there...120...121...122...," he counted, his breath starting to get a little short.

"198...199...200...," he counted, before stopping. He had reached his goal, and now he was going to start his next training. Quickly, he ran outside and grabbed a large log. Dragging it back inside, he set it down in his room and started to punch it. He was going to punch it for a while, and then kick it. He wanted to improve all of his skills to the best of his ability. He didn't want to get left behind to study more in the academy. He was going to get stronger, and become Hanekage, and he wasn't going to let anyone, including Sora, stand in his way.

Shuji was punching the log as hard as he could, and he was making a decent dent in it. However, his hands were starting to crack and bleed. Ignoring the pain, Shuji kept up his punching, and would change it up with a few kicks here and there. For whatever reason, he felt angry. He had gone to see Aki-sensei, and it seemed that she had either been attacked by Byd, her parent,s or someone else. Either that, or she had used some form of kinjutsu to do a terrible thing. It made him mad because he looked up to her. He wanted to be her student more than anything. She was smart, and kind, and he didn't want anyone else to teach him. Sighing, he stopped for a moment, and then went back to kicking the log.

Shuji continued to kick the log, and sighed. Training was going the same as it ever was. He was just doing the same things over and over again. He was hoping to be able to learn some more techniques, but it seemed that Aki-sensei was currently indisposed. Stopping for a moment, Shuji cracked his knuckles, and then back to punching the log. It was covered in blood from the cuts on his knuckles. He probably shouldn't have hit the log so hard, but he really wanted to get better and stronger.

Shuji heard the door open, and then close. The sound made him tense up, afriad of what might be happening. His family was sorta famous, but not really. His parents went out of their way to make sure that they wouldn't be easily found, if on the off chance they had made some enemies. Shuji quickly grabbed a kunai knife, and held it behind his back. As he approached the door of his bedroom, he heard two familiar voices, and put the kunai knife away. It would seem that his parents had come home.
"Where do you figure Shuji's hiding now," his father said softly to his mother.
"He's probably just training in his bedroom, like always." Shuji had been training every day since he had joined the academy, and now that he was a Genin, he was training even harder. As he stepped outside, his father quickly approached him, and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Hey," he said kindly, looking Shuji in the eye. "Are you ready to learn a new technique? This one will require a good amount of chakra, but I think you can handle it. And don't worry, it's not Kinjutsu."
"I'm ready whenever you are, father," Shuji said, walking toward the door. "Oh, and dad? Can I shown you the new technique I made up? I'm sure that other people have probably used it before, but I was able to come up with it without having to be taught it. I think it's really cool." Shuji's father nodded, and they both walked outside while Shuji's mother watched them, smiling.

Shuji grabbed a bunch of kunai and shuriken, and then placed himself a good distance from his father. "Alright dad. I'm gonna show you know. However, you might want to have something to defend yourself. I don't want you to get hurt. I know your higher in rank then me, but this one is kinda different." His father merely nodded, and crossed his arms in front of his chest. He didn't seem worried about it at all.
Shuji quickly jumped into the air, and while holding all of the weapons, made a few quick hand signs. "Kunai Shuriken Hurricane Jutsu," Shuji yelled, and threw the weapons at his father. At first, there seemed to be only twenty projectiles, but in a flash, there seemed to be hundreds and hundreds of weapons flying at his father. As they swirled around and flew, he noticed that he father was still standing there. Suddenly, out of the ground, a giant wall of earth came up from the ground, and stopped every projectile, making the ones that were illusions disappear in a puff of smoke.
"That's not a bad technique," Shuji's father said. "However, it's also easy to defend against. It would be best used in combination with another technique. That way, the swarm of shuriken and kunai would be a distraction while you performed a different attack. I was going to teach you a new jutsu, but I think that for right now, we'll work on some Taijutsu. Are you ready to spar with your old man," his father said with a loud laugh.
"Yes, Sir," Shuji said, and got into a fighting stance. "I'm not gonna take it easy on you, Dad," Shuji said as he ran toward his father.
"I knew you wouldn't."

As Shuji got closer to his father, he jumped so the side, and then jumped toward him, his knee aimed for his abdomen. Shuji's father moved so fast, he didn't even know what happened. Shuji's knee hit the air as his father's arm came around in front of him, and landed square on his chest. The blow didn't really hurt Shuji, it just stopped him from moving. Suddenly, Shuji hit the ground, and lost all of the air in his lungs. His father had pushed him to the ground and laid him out. Shuji could hear him laughing, and he shook his head. He was going to have to come up with a better idea than that, because his father was just too fast for him.
"C'mon now, Shuji. You should know better than to try and attack me from head on. I'm a higher rank than you. I've had more time to practice and hone my skills." Shuji nodded, and tried to think of a better plan of attack. Suddenly an idea hit Shuji. If he were to charge his father, and then make clones, he might be able to get a hit in. However, it was going to be a long shot, becasue he was sure that at this point, his father was able to see through various illusions, especially one as basic as Bunshin-no-jutsu.
"Here I come, Dad," Shuji yelled as he ran toward his dad. Again, when he got close enough, he jumped to the side, and came toward his dad with his fist aimed for his stomach. However, before he made contact, there was a puff of smoke, and no less then ten clones of Shuji were all coming toward his father trying to hit him in the stomach. Shuji's father laughed, and punched one of the clones. However, he was suprised to see that it wasn't the real Shuji. "Too Slow," all the clones said as the punch connected.
"Dammit," Shuji's father said as the blow made contact. His was winded for a moment, and he wasn't sure what to do. After he cought his breath, he spoke. "How could I let such a simple technique get the best of me. I aimed for the spot where I had seen you last, but I guess you were able to move faster than I expected when the small smoke cloud rose up from your technique." Shuji nodded, and jumped back. "Now it's time to play for real," his father said. The wind started to blow, and Shuji felt a little nervous. What could be happening that would cause the wind to blow like this? It was amazing.

Shuji's father ran at Shuji, coming at him so fast that Shuji couldn't see him move. Suddenly, Shuji was in the air, and flying up toward the clouds. He had a pain in his chest that was throbbing. It felt like someone had hit him with a foam-covered baseball bat at 45 mph. Shuji started to turn around to see what was happening, and felt a foot hit him in the back. Shuji was now rocketing toward the ground at a high rate of speed. Shuji needed to stop himself, but he didn't have any jutsu to do so. Instead, Shuji rolled into a ball, and braced for impact.
Bouncing across the ground, Shuji felt his head shake around and he was worried it would fall off. He knew his dad wouldn't kill him, or try to hurt him maliciously, but the attacks were still hard. Shuji brushed himself off and took a stance just long enough to notice that he father was behind him. A foot came for Shuji's face, but he got his arm up fast enough to block it. While his father recovered from having his foot blocked, Shuji whirled around, and landed several punches into his fathers stomach. As he staggered back, Shuji noticed that he was making some hand signs. Feeling worried, Shuji backed up, and tried to gain as much distance as possible.
"Fire Style: Grand Fireball Jutsu," yelled Shuji's father as he put his hand in front of his mouth. Suddenly, a large fireball came toward Shuji, burning the grass in it's way. There was nothing that Shuji could do to defend himself other than run away. Sighing, Shuji ran away from the fareball, and leapt into a tree. Grabbing a group of shuriken, Shuji threw them at his father, and watched. Of course, he caught them all, but what he didn't do was keep his guard up. As he laughed at Shuji's supposedly stupid move, he was unable to stop Shuji's kick to his chest. Shuji grinned, and then got into his stance again, watchng his father do the same.
"It's on", Shuji said.

His father was on Shuji in a heartbeat. His hand was wrapped around Shuji's head, and there was nothing he could do to stop the knee that was about to mash his face. Bracing himself for impact, Shuji was suprised to see that the knee had stopped. His father released his head, and stepped back a bit. "There's no need to hit you that hard," his father said, smiling. Shuji cocked his head, and then sent a kick toward his father.
As he father caught the kick, Shuji moved his other leg to do the same. Again, his leg was caught. As his fahter held him in the air, Shuji moved in such a way to get a fist toward his father's head. Dropping Shuji, he caught the fist, and lightly kicked Shuji in the shoulder, pushing him back away. Sighing in frustration, Shuji stood back up, and jumped on his father.
A flurry of punches were coming toward Shuji's father at once, but he seemed to catch or stop them all with ease. Shuji kept them up though, and felt a few of them connect. It was working out well, but he wasn't going to be able to keep it up much longer. He was getting tired. He had been training too hard before hand, and now he was straining himself to keep up with his dad. "Dammit...," he whispered under his breath.
As a fist moved toward Shuji's father's face, the punch was caught and in return, Shuji felt a fist dig into his stomach a bit. He coughed, and felt all the air rush from his lungs. It wasn't fun, but he was fairly sure that the match was over. As his father grabbed him by the back of the shirt, Shuji went limp some, and coughed again. The ground wasn't very forgiving as it rushed up to meet Shuji's body. His father had dropped him, and started to walk away.
"Oh no you don't," Shuji said, forcing himself to stand up. He wasn't about to give up for no reason. He still had some fight in him, and he was going to come up with a Ninjutsu Technique to use against his father. Taking a few steps forward, his father sighed and shook his head. "Don't look at me like that. I'm going to defeat you."
"Maybe someday, but not today," his father said, taking a few steps toward Shuji.

Shuji quickly charged at his father, and jumped into the air. Focusing his spiritual energy, Shuji spun in the air and aimed a kick at his father's head. "Hurricane Kick," he shouted. His father put his arm up, but the attack still knocked him off balance a bit. Smikring, Shuji landed on his feet, and followed it up with a seried of jabs towards his father's stomach. Able to block those, his father smirked, and kicked Shuji's leg, knocking him head over heels several feet away.
"Dammit," Shuji said, standing back up and brushing himself off. He was feeling extremely tired, and it was starting to show. As he ran at his father again, he tripped some, and rolled on the ground. He was met with a foot that nearly connected with his face. Sighing in releif, Shuji stood back up, and bowed to his father. He know knew that enough was enough. "I....guess I'm beat...," Shuji stammered before falling to his father's feet.
Shaking his head, Shuji's father picked him up and carried him into the house. Smiling to his mother, he placed Shuji in his bed, and closed the door. His arm was sore from blocking all of Shuji's attacks. "He's pretty strong," he said to her mother. "I'm not sure...but it seems like his strength might be somewhat supernatural. Almost...," he trailed off. He knew that the notion of his son having superb chakra control was not possible. No one in the Kimura family had superb chakra control. They weren't bad at using their chakra, but it almost seemed as if he was able to use his chakra to give himself extra strength.
"You know that it's only possible for Med Ninja to have that kind of chakra manipulation," Shuji's mother said. She wasn't sure that he could do it either, but she wasn't going to rule anything out. Sighing, she went to his room and looked in on him. He seemed pretty beat up and tired. "Did you have to beat him so hard," she asked softly. Shuji's father shook his head, but also smiled at her.
"No, I didn't. However, I was glad to see how well he was able to stand up to the attacks. Only Kenji was ever able to take me on at his age. It was really a spectacular match. You should have been there to see it all." Smiling, he walked back over to Shuji's room and looked at him. "He's gonna be an excellent Shinobi someday. Perhaps I'll have to teach him some jutsus later when he's in better shape." Leaving Shuji's room, he sat down at the table and smiled at Shuji's mother. She came over, carrying a pot of tea and sat down. Pouring a cup[ for each of them, she lifted the cup to her lips and sipped from it. It was tasty and warm.

Shuji tossed and turned while he was sleeping in his bed. The fight was playing over and over again in his mind, the defeat getting worse every time. It did hurt his pride some, but he had at least gained some knowledge that would help him later on down the line. Snoring, he rolled over, and curled up. "I'm gonna be Hanekage someday...," he mumbled in his sleep.

It was morning when Shuji finally woke up. He was suprised at how well he had slept. Moving to get out of bed, he cringed a little. He was still sore from the fight with his dad. But, that was to be expected. It wasn't like he was fighting someone on his level. His dad had been training for years, not to mention that he was one of the best trained Ninja in the entire village. Taking a deep breath, he walked out into the kitchen, and at down at the table. His mother came over, and smiled, taking a seat next to him.
"How are you this morning," she asked him with a smile.
"I'm a little sore, but I think I'll live," he said, and poured himself a cup of tea. Pretty soon he was going to have to start training. But first, he wanted breakfast.
