For the lack of me being original, I have decieded to steal this idea from the ToS guild.
Basically, you can make up a cheat/glitch/easter egg over any game you want.
Ex: OMG!! If j00 beet Zer0 Wing 50 timez, joo will unlock the opshon to have teh game play with pr0per gramarr!! i you do it right, it should say "All Zero Wing's base are belong to you 50 times, you are on the way to playing it with proper grammar make your english teacher happy. HA HA HA HA!"

If you can go throughout Sonic Heroes without making a grade lower than an A(meaning making A's on your first time all the time), you get the story that follows along with the team Blaze the Cat, Tikal the Echidna, and Cosmos the...plantlike thing in SonicX.

If you type in "iwnt2gtgmsfrds" on Pictochat, you will unlock Super Pictochat - a mini game that involves using the stylus to type stuff within a certain period of time! With each level you win, you can unlock more and more features for your Pictochat.

(Man, it's fun to go to Zelda sites and learn "ways to get the Triforce")
Ooo! If you beat all of the pokemon games in order from blue, to red, to yellow, to gold, silver, and then the japanese version to gold, you can notice a little 'bleep' or 'bloop' sound after the main story of each game. Then you grab your copy of "Hey You, Pikachu", imput all of the differnet sounds it tells you to, and Pikachu will tell you a code for Pokemon Stadium 2! when you imput the code, it will give you 100 Mews! Isn't that cool!?!

If you engauge in a thousand battles on FF7 and go unhit throughout those battles, you unlock the Uber Armor that absorbs all physical and Magical attacks.

On Soul Calibur II, Talim can weild the weapon "Gates of Hell"(Sheena's Devil's Arm), and Siegfried(aka Nitemare) can weild Origin's sword(both weapons seen on ToS!)! Simply play on the Extra Arcade Mode(the one where you can choose your weapon), have Talim wear her extra costume(the blue one), and have her equip her joke weapon. It's a very, very small chance, but if you fight Inferno on the 2nd battle, he will weild the sword Origin made for Yggdrasil. Defeat him quickly, and after the battle, it will tell you that Nitemare and Talim have new weapons. Siegfried's weapon is quite powerful, but slow, and Talim's is quick and good for stunning, but it's not great against high-endurance characters.

In Super Mario DS, beat the first Bowser with Mario, then go to the First Bowser course with Yoshi, and eat a Goomba to get an egg. Go down the pipe to face Bowser, and throw the egg at a spiked bomb you'd usually throw Bowser at. The entire stage will blow up. Jump on Bowser right before and you'll go flying up into the air. Now you can play the Bowser Surfing Mini Game!

In Yoshi Touch and Go, in any mode, during sky mode, make Baby Mario float as far right as you can, and eventually when you drift down long enough, you'll land on the Stork! Now Kamek will be chashing you and eventually if you survive long enough, you'll call upon a giant robot, and Kamek will make a bigger one! Defeat this robot, and you will now be able to play as baby Luigi, on the Stork, trying to find baby Mario. This will be called 'Luigi Mode'!

DUDE!! In Spiderman 2 if you fall from the highest building 5 times you unlock Mary Jane mode! She get major discounts at K mart!!
