so i was sitting here listening to music and happily strumming along and then it came to me. that little voice in my head said "hey wouldn't it be cool if people posted guitar/bass/drum tabs/music up in here?" so, i designate this page the tabs thread. post your tabs here. i'll start it off...

ok.. so i forgot about that whole text thing with tabs. but here's a link to a song i just learned called paint it black by the rolling stones. it's a classic. it's easy. go play it.

I finaly mastered this song on the bass.
Well for 80%.
There is no complete tab on the internet gonk

this 1 is accurate but it misses the part after the second chorus.
No other tab i looked has it either.
Well some have but they are incorrect xd
Its to hard to figure out myself tough sad

i ******** hate when the tab sites have it wrong and they all have the same version of the same wrong tab that the same person has submitted. and then people like us notice it and even if we figure out the correct way to play something we hardly ever post it cuz writing tab is such a b***h.

Yeah writing tab is waiste of time if u dont use a program or something like that for it.
I wish Mxtabs comes back to the internet to save us all from the bullshit tabs cry
That website was just a superb tab site, closed by the authority of bitchin disasters xp

tab is pretty easy to learn though. i bet if you looked up a song that you were familiar with and tried to play the tab you could do it without much former training. each number represents the fret number.

I just thought it was cool. this is played on the 2nd string which is the second from highest pitch. after every note, play the open 3rd string.

1-3-4-3-1-1-0-0--1-3-4-3-3-3-3----

then repeat as many times as wanted. mrgreen
