I remeber Eek! the Cat. It was on Fox wasn't it? He was the purple cat, his gf was the GIANT pink cat with the dog named Sharky. It wasn't one of my favorites, but I watched it all the time!

I think so. I think the kid who owned Klutter made Klutter by accident. He just cluttered his belonings in one spot of his room. I don't know how Klutter came to life though.
